Take in the views from every room of your cozy, high bank waterfront home. The Olympic mountains provide the backdrop for everything you'd expect to see - whales, fox, deer and of course - eagles.
Two spacious bedrooms (1 king, 2 twins) and a third room with a twin bed sleep up to five people.
Stroll down the path next door to the sandy beach or take a short walk to American Camp and follow the trail through grassy meadows to secluded beaches and the coastal trail.

This was a truly unbelievable property. The most perfect house with a view that is unbeatable. The house was well stocked, had everything we needed. The host even allowed me to charge my electric car in their garage (240V hookup was available). We saw eagles, foxes, deer, otters, and seals, all from the backyard. Can not recommend this property highly enough. We would absolutely stay here again and again!

Amazing property

Really can’t say enough great things about the property and our stay there. The home was stunning inside and out, and Chris was very responsive for troubleshooting a few minor things we ran into with the electronic lock. I would absolutely stay here again, truly felt like a once in a lifetime type vacation for us and feel so grateful that the owners shared this incredible space with us.

Relaxing Long Weekend

My family and our small dog had a wonderful long weekend at this beautiful property. The neighborhood is quiet and the waterfront location is perfect. We saw tons of wildlife, including orcas and had beautiful views day and night from the house. The house is well stocked and one of the best kitchens we’ve used at a vacation home. The owner was easy to work with and we hope to return again to this wonderful home in an amazing setting.

Incredible views

Amazing views - we saw orcas and hummocks from the backyard numerous days. And the Olympic mountains are stunning. Add in wonderful and attentive management and you’ve got a very special place. Bravo! We hope to return soon!

Can’t beat the view and access to everything. You can walk or bike to the American Camp. Well equipped kitchen, thoughtful touches in the bathroom. Beds are comfy and everything is spotless. We would come back in a heart beat.

Best location on San Juan Island!

I can’t say enough good things about this property!! Perfect location, well designed house, and breathtaking views!!! The kitchen was so well stocked, as well as toiletries and games etc. The owners and property manager were so accommodating, welcoming and quick to respond. I give 5+ stars! I cannot wait to book again!

A hidden gem

A wonderful home with breathtaking views! This is a little hidden gem in the San Juan Islands. It has all you could need and more. I would recommend this home to anyone! The host and property manager were excellent. Our family had the best vacation ever!

Even more amazing than expected

Such a lovely place to enjoy spectacular views. We had a fox visit us in the backyard, saw otters from the patio, and watched boats go by. The house is very well appointed and comfortable. It is right next to the trail to eagle cove and a short walk into American Camp. We look forward to staying here again.

Amazing View, Great Location

The VIEW! It's amazing in both stormy and placid weather with a roaring fire in the fireplace, or playing games on the window seat. Our whole family - including our dog - loved staying in this home. We've stayed in many vacation rentals but Francoise and her assistant were unusually kind and attentive, and the house was comfortable, clean, and - did I mention the AMAZING view?! Awesome location close to American Camp for hiking, beach strolls at Eagle Cove, and easy drive to Friday Harbor. Can't recommend enough!

Beautiful!

This is one of the best places we’ve ever stayed. The house is charming and comfortable. We enjoyed the exercise equipment, and the kitchen is supplied with everything you could possibly need. The location can’t be beat. We loved walking down to the beach, and many of the best places to visit on the island are only 10 minutes away. The views from the house never get old. We rarely went more than 10 minutes without seeing a bald eagle, and we saw a pair of golden eagles several times. Just a fantastic stay in every way!

Absolutely perfect getaway

Brought my husband and 2 adult daughters for a summer disconnect and re-connect few days. This location could not have been better. Sitting with coffee overlooking the sea, visiting the nearby alpaca farm or whale watching- it was perfect. The house was immaculate and welcoming. Exactly as described. Bed were comfortable. We are even talking about going back again next year. Would definitely rent the same house!

A new favorite

This is a slice of heaven just a stone's throw from American Camp. The view alone made our three-day stay memorable -- but we also loved the house, the kitchen, the light, the nice big lawn overlooking the water, the location, and endlessly mesmerizing Eagle Cove beach right below. We saw eagles. We watched folks surfing down below. We walked. We played games and laughed a lot. It was a wonderful place for a quick family getaway -- and I still see the sun glittering on the Strait when I shut my eyes. Loved it!

Stunning views and nearby access to a beautiful beach.

The views from the property were breathtaking! We enjoyed coffee in the morning while sitting in the Adirondack chairs that overlooked the mountains and water. The peaceful sounds of birds and the lapping of the waves were very relaxing. There were deer that grazed in the yard at night and fox were sighted as well. Our teenage kids went to the Eagle Cove beach just below the property almost daily. They dipped into the water for quick swims and enjoyed looking at the tide pools and playing catch on the sandy beach. A number of seals would pop their heads up out of the water in the cove at dusk. The property was within a short drive of Friday Harbor, which was nice. If we have the fortune to return to San Juan Island again, we would definitely return to this property.

Coastal Hiking Haven

Beautiful home with a fantastic view/location. Within walking distance of miles of trails along headlands and beaches in the San Juan National Historic Park. We saw a dozen bald eagles in a half day of hiking along this coast. Home has everything needed in the kitchen, and we loved our stay there. Would recommend unreservedly.

Spectacular views !

Whether you are inside or out of the house, views are amazing. Great communication with house manager. Ten minutes from Friday Harbor. Shout out to Katrina’s Kitchen for catering our delicious Thanksgiving meal. Wonderful area to take walks. One bedroom with 2 twin beds that are not full size, tv room w/ one twin, one bedroom w/ one king bed. We had lovely experience.

Enchanting stay

Already planning our return trip! The views were the highlight, beds were comfortable, great kitchen for cooking, lots of spaces for relaxing, and ridiculously close to walk down to the beach. We loved renting e-bikes and getting to experience the beauty of the island.
