We had such a wonderful weekend relaxing here!! The place was kept so clean, everything is literally in walking distance and the penthouse VIEWS from the balcony took up a lot of memory in my phone! Definitely recommend staying here and will be looking forward to our next stay in near future!

It was a really great stay! Our host communicated in a timely manner and checked in on us during the stay via text. We spent the majority of our time at the lake, but the condo is walking distance to fun restaurants, and it was super comfy after a busy day on the water. The view from the condo is beautiful as well. It is secure location (we had our boat); it was just a great visit!

The condo was very clean and had many amenities. Great location and beautiful view of the London Bridge and sunsets from the balcony. Host is very pleasant and provides detailed information for your stay with great communication. Overall great experience.

The Million Dollar Views at the Penthouse did not disappoint! Craig, the owner, made us feel welcome from before check-in, during, and after! Before we arrived, he made sure the unit was nice and cool, which was such a relief from the hot Havasu summer! The place was spotless and super comfy, and the view of the golf course, lake, and London Bridge area was just beautiful. I would absolutely love to stay here again on our future trips!

Our stay at the Penthouse Suite was truly the best experience we've ever had while traveling. The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, and the balcony overlooked a golf course and the iconic London Bridge, making every morning and evening unforgettable. Every living space was spotless, modern, and felt exceptionally comfortable. The pool was a highlight—immaculately clean, pleasantly warm, and always uncrowded. The location couldn't be more convenient, with easy access to the Bridge, fantastic restaurants where we had amazing dinner’s, and located shopping for every taste and need. We've already decided that if there's availability when we return, this will be our first choice. Book it—you won't be disappointed!

Location was amazing. Fantastic view. Upon checking in realized there was no water to the condo. After several non return text and phone calls to the host was able to get into contact with someone associated with the condo complex to assist. Overall experience was good. Would stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. It was very clean, nicely furnished and well stocked with the essentials. The location is a real plus with easy access to the channel, walking trail, shops and restaurants, not to mention the view. Watching the sunsets from the balcony each evening was a joy. The owner was very kind, helpful and informative, always available if needed. We would highly recommend this property and would certainly stay again.
