The house has some really spacious bedrooms, an ideal outdoor space to unwind and relax and is a short, relaxing walk to the bay (12-minute walk) and a nature preserve (5-minute walk).

Enter the home through the front door into the spacious living room. Living room has large couch that reclines on both ends and large TV. Perfect for resting after a long day on the beach or curling up on a rainy day!

All TVs in the house are YouTube TV (Bring your own login info for Netflix, Disney+ etc.)

The renovated kitchen is fully stocked with a kitchen island that can seat up to 8 people (6 more comfortably). Plenty of outside dining space under covered patio.

Bedrooms 3, 4 and bathroom 2 are on the first floor. Bedroom 1, 2 and bathroom 1 are on the second floor. Child step stool in each bathroom. See list of amenities for all child friendly amenities. All bedrooms have blackout shades/curtains!

We provide initial complimentary ground coffee, laundry detergent, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and toilet paper for your convenience. However, we kindly ask you bring a personal supply of these items if you intend to fully utilize these amenities during your stay. Firewood not provided but available locally.

King bed and queen beds have 2 memory foam and 2 down pillows each. Full beds have 2 down pillows. Twin beds have 1 down pillow.

Our landscaper comes every other Thursday to mow so you may see him outside if this day coincides with your stay. If this is an issue regarding your privacy during your stay, please let us know.

We have a ring camera on the front porch.

You do not need beach tags to go to the bay down the street. We do not provide any beach tags for other beaches (Cape May requires tags Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend).

We do not have an ironing board, but we do provide a steamer.

May through early June is the horseshow crab migration season on the Delaware Bay. If you are interested in coming during this time and going to the Bay, we encourage you to do your own research on the migration! Beaches are not part of the migration pattern.

Policies:
Some things to ensure you have the best possible time!
*Guests need to sign a rental agreement and provide a refundable security deposit
* NO smoking inside or on the property. $500 violation fee if any smoke odor is detected inside the property or clear evidence is found.
*Quiet Hours: 9pm-7am. Yard is large enough to stay up later on back patio but please no loud music etc. Neighbors are full-time residents so be considerate
*House is child friendly, but it is NOT 100% child proof. Supervise children at all times. Must be six years or older to sleep in top bunk
*Do not take AC/heat control remotes off of the wall. There is one in the living room and one in each bedroom. All remotes need to be on same setting (all on 'Cool' or all on 'Heat') in order for unit to function properly. Do NOT use the 'Auto' or 'Dry' setting. Further instructions detailed after booking
*No eating or colored drinks in the bedrooms
*Please let us know ASAP if you have any concerns or questions (something not working properly etc.). We want you to have the best possible stay, so we want to fix any issues we can that might arise during your right away!
*Minimum age to rent house is 25 years old (guests of person booking can be younger)
*Please take shoes off inside the house
*Please report any damages immediately. Small accidents happen and that is fine! We would rather know so we can replace the items. Larger damages will be negotiated fairly (no bad reviews for honesty and fair settling of replacement)
*All trash needs to be in closed bags in trashcan and do not leave food outside. The house is near a wildlife management area so animals will get into loose trash and food that is left out. If loose trash is in outside bins or in the backyard at the end of stay, you will be charged $50 for clean-up.
*We do not provide wood for fire pit, but they sell it at the (very!) close Ace Hardware up the street and along the road (cheaper option) all over the area
*Regarding the grill- Please do not move from its location and brush grates after use and replace drip pan if needed (more are in our shed). Keep covered when not in use. It runs on a propane tank. Usually, tanks are full. On the rare occasion the tank is empty, guests are responsible to refill tanks at ACE Hardware (closest location) or elsewhere if they want to use these amenities and we will provide a reimbursement if you send a copy of the receipt.
