VACACIONES DE VERANO Y OTOÑO Villa, playa, golf, tenis

Forest Gardens es una propiedad tranquila y bien mantenida, ubicada a una corta distancia a pie de la playa (aproximadamente a 1,5 cuadras) y de las tiendas y restaurantes de Coligny Plaza. También se encuentra a poca distancia de muchas de las atracciones principales.

Nuestra villa de dos dormitorios (para 2-4 personas) ha sido renovada para proporcionarle una estancia de vacaciones cómoda. La cocina está totalmente equipada para "en casa" conveniencia y tiene una lavadora / secadora completa. Las camas son cómodas y el dormitorio principal tiene un walk-in closet.

Bosque Gardens también tiene una gran piscina que es genial para los niños y un lugar perfecto para relajarse y disfrutar del sol.

Check in was super easy. Communication was fantastic. Stayed in many condos/apartments in H.H.I. In my days. This was the nicest 2br 2bath I’ve been in. So nice inside. Layout was great for 4 people. Everything was comfortable and extremely quiet regardless of day or time. Away from the hustle of Coligny square but close enough to be there in less than 10 min. Pool is also on the larger size than others I’ve been to. At least 25 people one day and everyone had enough room. Close to Publix and plenty of dining options. Highly recommend this for a wonderful peaceful vacation. The only downside was my family was stung by wasps hidden in the stairs leading to the 2nd level condo. I informed the owner and she was right on top of it. Exterminator was out the next day. I had already went and bought 2 cans of wasp killer from Publix before I called her and took care of them. She even offered to reimburse me for the cost of the cans. Once they were all gone. Everything was great. Will definitely stay again.

This place is amazing!! Loved my time there and met some of the nicest people while hanging out at the pool. Eileen is amazing. She responded to any message I sent, making sure everything was perfect for my mini vacation. I will definitely stay here again!!!

Excellent Rental........

Highly recommend this rental. Excellent experience renting this property. Updated, clean and well furnished. Owner responded quickly to messages. Easy rental process. Just one minor recommendation, the slider to the outdoor deck needs to be looked at. It does not slide back and forth easily.

overall nice condo

First of all, I want to say that overall our stay was nice. There were several things that are positives: the kitchen is very well outfitted with quality items; the sofas are comfortable; the bed is comfortable and the bathrooms are nice. The wifi was good but can be spotty There were some negatives though: there wasn’t an ice maker and that was an annoyance to be refilling the ice trays and keeping the ice replenished; the listing said that basic soaps were provided but the bath soap was more like a sliver- it wasn’t even the size you get in a hotel, so we went out and bought bath soap; the toilet paper was horrible (my husband called it prison toilet paper)so we also bought our own toilet paper; the shower head is not adjustable in any way- neither the angle of the shower head or the type of water flow that comes out- a basic handheld nozzle is a minor expense that will accommodate all bodies and would have been appreciated; the shower floor can be slippery and there isn’t anything to grab onto when it is slippery; there is only one end table in the living room and no coffee table, so there isn’t a good spot to put drinks and phones; in most VRBOs that we have stayed in there have been some basic kitchen supplies like salt & pepper, aluminum foil, etc. There weren’t any of those consumable type things here and that was another purchase.

Another great stay with this great host

Eileen is simply the best host a guest could ask for. We just returned from our second lengthy stay in her condo and again it did not disappoint. Very clean, well equipped and convenient to so much on the island. Communication with the host is always prompt and courteous. We cannot recommend her enough. Brad & Natalie

Great condo quiet location

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this condo. Beautifully decorated, recently remodeled and a quiet neighborhood. We love the pool and were a quick 12 minute walk from the beach. Would return and highly recommend!

Great location and value

Everything was as advertised. Condo was absolutely spotless and had everything we needed for our two week stay. Check-in/check-out instructions were clear and concise and our host Eileen was extremely easy to reach and communicate with. Condo location was 1st class. Close enough to the beach to walk but far enough away to be a peaceful retreat after a busy day. Would highly recomend this vacation rental.

Fantastic Property… Even More Fantastic Host!

First and foremost… you will not find a more receptive, accommodating and pleasant host than Eileen. Always super quick to respond and always very personable and understanding. Always. We were very fortunate to meet Eileen after having an unfortunate last-minute cancellation by another host… Eileen stepped up, offered her property and knocked it out of the park mere days after it seemed our holiday was doomed. My wife and I just finished a one month stay at Eileen’s lovely condo. We truly have no complaints… none… not one. This second floor condo was extremely clean, beautifully renovated and very conveniently located for everything HHI we wanted to enjoy Parking was very handy at the property, it was a short enjoyable walk to the beach (10 minute leisurely stroll), Coligny Plaza within walking distance (part of our daily circuit), only a few minutes drive to Harbour Town and truly never more than 20 minutes away from any location on the island. The condo is very clean, beds are quite comfortable and the layout was perfect for our getaway… we used the cozy patio/deck many times a day. We are very happy to have found a place that we plan on returning to each year so long as Eileen is host. Can’t wait to return.

Super clean!

Everything was so clean! Almost all furnishing were new or brand new and the few that weren't were till in great condition and are just waiting for the replacements to come in. The Landlady (Eileen) was very helpful and very prompt with any replies sent to her.

Final “family” vacation our kids are all adults!!

We enjoyed our last “family “ vacation with kids as we celebrated our anniversary and our youngest turned 18. Enjoyed the time together to laugh and make lasting memories. Great location.

Roaches infestation

We stayed in this apartment for a month, from July 18th to August 16th 2020. Unfortunately, on the first day of our stay we discovered that there was an infestation of roaches in the kitchen (mainly) and in the bathroom. Promptly, the owner sent the pest control guy (he came 2 times in 15 days). Obviously, the problem was not solved straight away, and for the entire month we had to clean the dead animals and kill the ones still alive that infested the cabinets and the drawers, in which we couldn’t store anything. Kitchenware, tableware, silverware, etc. were placed on the table in the dining room. We couldn’t leave any food outside the fridge and the kitchen had to be perfectly clean all the time. Eileen, the owner, was very helpful and cooperative and sent twice the maid to clean and sanitize. However, this wasn’t enough because to be useful she would have had to be present 24/7. I spent my entire vacation cleaning and vacuuming all the time. We wanted to move out, but unfortunately we were unable to find another place where to stay, as Hilton Head was fully booked during this period. The day we left the roaches situation was improved, but not solved. As far as the location is concerned: the apartment was nice and comfortable, but a little outdated. It’s 15 minutes walk from the beach (0.56 miles). The swimming pool was clean and not crowded. The WiFi was unstable and not very powerful. It couldn’t handle multiple devices. Last but not least, The landlady Eileen was kind and helpful.

Very nice property

Eileen's property is very nice. Upstairs so there is no heavy footsteps over head during the night. It was clean and the location is about a mile from Coligny beach. Plenty of parking and lots of shade to enjoy a walk. I would definitely stay again. Thank you Eileen.

We had a fabulous time

Hilton Head Island is such an amazing town. We love coming here and we really enjoyed the condo. Exactly as described, the condo is perfect for vacation at HHI. The rooms are spacious, it is clean and the essentials are there. You are close to the beach, we chose to drive vs walking, close to the stores, yet you feel tucked away when driving up to the complex. The washer/dryer is so convenient. The complex is lovely, and we made full use of the pool. Eileen is responsive and was so easy to communicate with. All in all a great experience. Thanks Eileen, for sharing your home with us.

We chose this location because of the miles of beautiful beach, great restaurants and easy access from the Savannah or Charleston airports. We have been meeting the family here for the past ten years and we are looking forward to returning and exploring more of the island.
