It is located in a central, but quiet part of Cape Coral. It has a generous bedroom, equipped with a king size bed and two walk-in closets, as well as a SMART TV & DVD player. You will mostly be thrilled by the master bathroom with a walk-in shower. All the bedrooms have standard Berber carpets. The swimming-pool measures 4.20 x 7.20 meters and can be electrically heated.
