THE HOUSE:
-On a hilltop overlooking Shadow Mountain Lake
-4 bedrooms
-4 bathrooms

-Fully stocked kitchen with large island, warming station, and cappuccino maker
-2 separate living rooms with smart TV`s and plenty of seating
-Private movie theatre with smart tv capabilities with 6 lounge seats
-Primary Balcony equipped with a grill, Blackstone griddle and plenty of seating for your entire group
-BBQ with Lake and Mountain Views

-Room 1: Upstairs Master bedroom has a king sized bed, smart TV, Balcony access, Lake and Mountain views, its own private bathroom with dual sinks, large walk in shower, toilet with a bidet and jacuzzi. Large walk-in closet with in unit laundry.

-Room 2: The second upstairs bedroom has a twin day bed with a pull out twin trundle and balcony access.

-Room 3: Downstairs bedroom with 2 twin over twin bunk beds with a beautiful mural.

-Room 4: Downstairs master bedroom with a queen sized bed, smart TV and sliding glass doors that open lake side.

BEDROOMS: All linen, pillows and blankets are provided for your stay.

-Bathroom 1: Master bathroom attached to the master bedroom, with dual sinks, a spacious walk in shower, a toilet with a bidet and a jacuzzi bath tub with mountain views.

-Bathroom 2: Main level shared bathroom, full sized with a large walk in shower and bidet.

-Bathroom 3: Basement level shared bathroom, full sized with a bath tub.

-Bathroom 4: Basement level shared bathroom, full sized with large walk in shower and bidet

BATHROOMS: We will supply 2 rolls of toilet paper for each bathroom in the cabin and 1 bath towel per registered guest. If any guests will need more then 1 bath towel for their stay, please make a request with your host.

-Kitchen: Fully stocked kitchen with a warming station and wine cooler, cappuccino maker and everything needed for hosting unforgettable group dinners.

KITCHEN: We will supply 1 full roll of paper towels for each reservation. We are happy to stock the fridge with food and drinks if requested by the guest for an additional charge.

-Balcony: The main level balcony is accessible via multiple rooms in the cabin, the balcony is equipped with a grill and Blackstone griddle for breakfast and dinner with a view. We have a table for gathering outdoors with plenty of seating as-well as lounge chairs so you can enjoy your peaceful getaway to Grand Lake.

-Game Room: Guests will have access to everything the game room has to offer. In the game room you will find a 2 in 1 poker table that doubles the fun by adding bumper pool to the arsenal of games you will be able to enjoy with your friends and family!

-Movie Theatre: The cabins private theatre is the perfect location in the cabin to spend quality time with your friends and family. Guests will have access to all DVD`s located inside of the theatre but you might want to bring your own DVD`s if you have something specific you would enjoy watching. The theatre does have smart TV capabilities as-well.

-2 car garage: Guests will have access to both sides of the garage, giving plenty of space to bring multiple vehicles, boats, atvs, snowmobiles or toy haulers. There will be enough space for you to bring all of your toys with you to the Mountains!

Guests will have to all spaces in the cabin besides the owners closets that will be locked with DO NOT ENTER posters laminated on each door.

We live in Grand Lake full time and are available for guests at anytime. You will not see us unless you request our help with something during your stay.

This cabin is located in the Shores of Shadow Mountain, an HOA community within Grand Lake. The quiet time in the neighborhood is after 10:00 PM until 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of these time restrictions and our neighbors while still enjoying your stay with us!
