Cozy and spacious 1 bedroom apartment located near Little Rock comes fully furnished with all the best amenities, toiletries and complementary goods to make your accommodation an unforgettable experience. The unit includes a full living room area, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and in-unit laundry area. The living room also has a futon for additional sleeping accommodations. The complex features plenty of opportunities for relaxation and recreation, including a fitness center and courtyard!
Guests have access to their unit and the fitness center. Guests will be able to view their check-in info on their arrival date. This info will include parking instructions and the code for the lockbox containing their keys.
No one will be available onsite, there is contactless check-in and phone support 24/7.
This property does not have an elevator. This unit is located on the 3rd floor and guests will need to be able to climb the stairs to access the unit. You cannot receive mail here. Our guests are authorized to park in the spots surrounding the exterior of the complex. Additional parking information will be provided upon check-in. This is an apartment building and we do not have any control over the availability or quality of the amenities such as the fitness center. These amenities may be unavailable due to cleaning, maintenance, or other unexpected factors. We will not be issuing a refund if any of the amenities are unavailable during your stay. Additionally, the building itself is not managed by us and therefore anything outside of the unit is not maintained by us.
