Watercrest 207 - FREE Beach Chairs!

**The resort pool will be closed from 11/14/2025-2/2/2026. Watercrest will be replacing balcony railings and painting the exterior of the building from October 1 2025 to May 24 2026. During this time condos could have limited or no access to balconies while specific work is being completed.**

Wake up or fall asleep with the sounds of the ocean rolling in from this beachfront Watercrest condo with 2 master bedrooms on the beachside.

This 3 bedroom condominium located on the 2nd floor of Watercrest offers great space for the family to getaway with amazing beachfront views. The oversized balcony overlooks the deep end of the pool and you can relax on the balcony to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine at sunset. This condo sleeps up to 14 people with 2 beachfront masters, 2 queens and a sleeper sofa.

The master bedroom hosts a king bed and private bathroom with private access to the beachfront balcony. The second bedroom hosts a king size platform powered bed and private bathroom and also has access to the beachfront balcony. Bedroom three features two full over queen bunk beds and is adjacent to the units 3rd bathroom. The living area also features a sleeper sofa for two and a double sliding glass door that opens onto the large balcony space.

Watercrest provides guest with large spacious beaches and the property will provide amenities (tennis courts, pickleball court, fitness center, kiddie pool, heated pool, hot tub) that the entire family will enjoy.

The best restaurants in PCB are located within a short walk down the beach or a short car ride down Thomas Drive to Dat Cajun Place, Andy's Flour Power, Captain Anderson's, J Michaels, The Grand Marlin, Schooner's, Newby's in the Curve, Shoreshack Pizza and Patches restaurant.

Watercrest is located on the quiet end of PCB near the State Park and just steps from Schooner's which is the perfect lunch time or dinner destination when you need a break from the beach.

The condo is stocked with Bed linens, bath towels, wash clothes, kitchen towels, a couple of garbage bags and starter toilet paper, starter paper towels and courtesy soaps (you restock these items for your group during your stay). The kitchen is stocked with the essential pots and cooking pans, toaster, coffee pot, dishwasher, microwave, stove and fridge.

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
RentMyBeachPlace stocks a few essential items for you to utilize until you can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.
