Welcome to Sunset Cove, your relaxing family friendly home on beautiful Lake of the Ozarks! We are located on the "quiet end" of the lake, with over 250 feet of lake frontage with a private dock including two 10x24 boat slips and 2 PWC slips, all on a gentle sloping 1.4 acre lot. We sleep 16 people in 5 bedrooms. With 3 bathrooms, a vaulted living room, and a game room loft, there is space and fun for everyone. We provide games inside and out, children's toys, books to read, and floats for the water. Enjoy a flat parking area with just a few steps down to the house and dock - or take the path around with no steps! Relax on the porch glider or lay in a hammock by day, then sit back by the firepit and watch the sun set over the water every evening. At Sunset Cove, there is space and something for everyone!

Carl grew up visiting the lake every summer with his family, creating many memories. After serving 20 years in the military, the Midwest was calling him home. Both small-town Missouri natives, Carl and his wife, Jil, have settled into the Ivy Bend area, relishing retirement and creating new lake memories with their children and grandchildren. For any inquiries, Carl is a walking repository of Lake of the Ozarks information!
Megan’s upbringing as a military child meant she never had a fixed place to call home, and she embraced frequent relocations in her youth. Now, as a parent, she and her husband Kevin are excited to establish roots for their family. Megan looks forward to
delving into her longstanding passions for hospitality and real estate.

We focused on updating the home while preserving the lake lodge character it exudes. We wanted the style to be a contemporary yet cozy.
We also focused on function and comfort for our guests, especially those traveling with infants and children. Being parents ourselves, we know what it is like to travel with kids and what kind of thoughtful details would have a big impact for parents.
With families in mind, we added as many amenities as possible including books and toys, games, baby gear, and safety items. If there is something that we missed, we'd love to hear about it!
