Start your day with a mountain sunrise from the deck or unwind in the hot tub under starlit skies. The cabin features a cozy fireplace, a game room with a ping pong table, and even a unique bar! The kitchen is spacious and well stocked. The living room is cozy with large windows to showcase the incredible views. The master suite offers a private retreat with its own bathroom and TV. Additional sleeping spaces include a loft with twin beds and a queen bedroom. There is also a bedroom down in the basement / game room area that has a king bed as well as bunk beds. With free wifi, streaming, Cable TV, and a fully equipped kitchen, you'll feel right at home, on top of the world! Welcome to your unforgettable mountain escape!

All homes are vacation ready with a fully appointed kitchen, towels and linens. Hand, dish,shower and laundry soaps are provided, as well as toilet paper, trash bags, salt and pepper and coffee filters.

Pinon Vacation Rentals provides guest support from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 pm.

All guests are responsible for reading Welcome Book Check-In and Check-Out instructions.

**This home is rented for personal vacation use only. Any other use including large gatherings or parties is not allowed. Renters must abide by all rental terms and policies, as well as all local applicable property covenants, restrictions, regulations and laws. Any evidence of smoking, use of firearms, driving ATV s other than in the driveway as access only, unapproved over-occupancy or pets, unauthorized use of property grounds, damage resulting from violation of rental policies, and/or excessive mess may result in charges up to $1000.00 to the Guest s credit card on file, as authorized by Guest s approval of the terms of the Rental Agreement.

Reservations may be canceled more than 30 days prior to check-in with full refund. 15-29 days prior to reservation, 50% refund will be given. No refunds will be issued after this cut-off date for any reason. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions.**
