This spacious and beautifully furnished home is ready for your vacation in the amenity-rich community of Bishop's Landing. The home is well equipped for cooking, entertaining, and relaxing.

The first floor has 4 bedrooms, an Owner's bedroom with a king bed and private bath, 2 bedrooms with queen beds and the final bedroom has a bunk bed with 2 full size mattresses and a single bed. The top floor has a loft and 5th bedroom with 2 pyramid bunks (twin over full) and a 3rd twin size bunk bed. The loft space also comes with a daybed and tv. With 3 separate outdoor porches, an outdoor shower, and outdoor gas grill. The bumper pool table is a great addition to the property! Owner also supplies beach chairs, umbrellas, body boards. 2 small compact cars may park in the garage and 2 cars fit in the driveway. No parking is allowed on the street in this community. Additional overflow parking spots are available throughout the community.

Bishop's Landing now has 3 pools, one is a short walking distance away from the home, and 2 clubhouses, each with fitness centers. There is also a fishing pier and several ponds, walking trails, tennis/pickleball courts, a playground, a shuttle bus stops throughout the community for transport to downtown Bethany Beach and much more!
Guests are required to pay the prevailing rate and complete an application online prior to the start of the reservation. This property comes with 8 wristbands and 1 fob for entering the community pool. As per HOA, no additional bands or fobs can be purchased. $25 fee for lost wristband & a $50 fee for a lost fob will be charged to the Guest if those items are not returned on check out. The HOA is responsible for the cost and availability of any amenity in this community.
Long-term stays at a reduced rate during the winter months!

Linens will be at the property prior to check in. Linens include sheets for all beds, and bath towels.

The shuttle service runs all week between 10 am and 6 pm with some days having multiple shuttles running at the same time. Additional details for stops will be at the property and Clubhouse. The amenities are available between Memorial Day and Labor Day (subject to change based on HOA and community regulations).
