This spacious retreat in Selbyville offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and lovely bayside breezes. Spread across three levels, the home features a private elevator providing easy access from the garage to the third floor. With multiple decks offering canal views and a spacious driveway suitable for boat parking, this home is an ideal base for families looking to explore the best of coastal living, watersports, and nearby dining.
PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Second Floor
The second floor features a bright, open-concept living area with two comfortable sofas and a large-screen TV. The fully stocked kitchen is a chef’s dream, complete with a slow-drip coffee machine, an air fryer, and a large kitchen island for casual gathering. Adjacent to the kitchen is a formal dining area, perfect for home-cooked family meals. This floor also features a Primary Suite with a King bed and en-suite bathroom, plus a guest room with two Twin beds and a nearby powder room.
Third Floor
Offers a second Primary Suite with a King bed and en-suite bath, an additional King bedroom, and a final bedroom with a Queen bed.
Outdoor Living & Boating
Both the second and third floors feature private decks with serene canal views, ideal for your morning coffee or evening relaxation. While the property does not have a private dock, boaters can take advantage of a public boat ramp just minutes away ($5 fee per use) and enjoy the convenience of parking their boat trailer in the home's spacious driveway.

LINEN PACKAGE
1st Choice Properties provides bed and bath linens for you. Your linen package includes: fitted sheets, top sheets, and pillowcases for all beds; sets of bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths for all guests; kitchen towels and bathmats for all full bathrooms. Your linens will be delivered to the home prior to your arrival; you are responsible for putting the linens on the beds. You are also responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.
STARTER KIT
1st Choice Properties also provides a Starter Kit with all rentals. Your Starter Kit includes (1) roll of paper towels, (2) rolls of toilet paper, (1) 3oz bottle of dish soap, (1) dish sponge, (1) 13gal kitchen trash bags. You are responsible for providing any additional toiletries, soap, and paper products as needed.
MISCELLANEOUS
-The maximum occupancy is 10 people.
-There is parking for 6 vehicles.
-This home is pet friendly and will allow up to two dogs, for an additional fee of $250.00 per dog.
-No smoking, vaping, or events are allowed.
-Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
-Check-in is 4PM and check-out is 10AM. This is non-negotiable. Your access codes for the property will activate and deactivate precisely at these times; occupancy outside these timeframes without express permission from 1st Choice Properties is considered unlawful trespassing. 1st Choice Properties will contact you directly the day of your arrival if your property is available for an early check-in at no additional cost to you; this is our standard practice and you do not need to contact us to opt-in to it.
-The property owners we represent do not permit reservations for groups under the age of 25.
