The location was absolute perfection. Having access to the beach straight from the deck of the house was excellent. The home is super cozy with classic decor. Furnished with everything you need for a wonderful get away.

Being right on the beach was amazing. The townhouse was beautifully appointed but warm and inviting.

The house was perfect for our family trip! Private beach was amazing! The location is just far away enough from the busy areas to feel like you have the whole beach to yourself but still close to everything you might need!

Great Location Perfect for the Family!

We had a great time at this home. It was the perfect size with all the amenities for our family. Being on the beach made beach trips with little ones super easy. The beach was a little crowded but that was expected during a spring break week. Overall we had a fantastic time and hope to be back!

Location location location! Great floor plan and deck. Plenty of supplies to make it feel like home. Basement needs some new paint to “freshen up” but the place is an A+

Great beach front location!

Our family had a great time at Gone Coastal! It was so convenient being located right on the beach. Check in/check out very easy. Great size home for our group to spread out too. Joy (property manager) was very helpful with everything we needed. Would highly recommend!

On the water!

Our main goal was to be right on the water! And… that’s what we got! Very nice home, plenty of space! We enjoyed the back porch and grilled out too!

Summer Vacation

Perfect house in the perfect 30A location. Cannot beat the proximity to the water. The only negative was having to leave on Saturday and head back to reality. Will definitely be back.

relaxing get away

We loved the location of this home because it was away from the busier parts of Seaside and Rosemary but still a bike ride away. The beach is just outside the door and the home came with its own beach chairs and umbrellas. The linens were nice and the kitchen was well equipped. The property manager was great to work with and was kind and quick to respond. A great trip!

Spring Break 2025

We've been coming to 30a for 14 years, but this is the first time we let our boys bring friends with them. It was an adjustment for Mom and Dad, but the boys had a blast! The bikes were used every single day as the boys explored from Seaside to Rosemary Beach. We had a total of 9 of us and ended up having 1 extra bed, so it was absolutely perfect for our group. The unit had everything we needed and was surprised at the number of available beach chairs. We brought 2 and a cabana and everyone was taken care of.The folks at Oversee were the BEST! Any time we had an issue (which were nothing huge), they responded quickly and resolved quickly. Very professional and we will seek out future properties that they manage.Only negative to the trip is that it ended, but we had a lot of fun and created some great memories with our boys and their friends this year. We'll be back for sure...hopefully next year! :)

Just the right fit

This house was the perfect fit for my family of 3 adults and 7 kids. Everyone had plenty of space. The beds are very comfortable and the house had everything you could need. The beach felt private because there weren’t many people around. I can’t say enough good about the house and it’s location. Also, the property manager was always available and very helpful.

Amazing!!!

We could not have loved it more! The house was set up perfectly for our two families! So cozy and spacious and equipped with EVERYTHING we needed! Beachfront was phenomenal, and we felt right in the middle of all the great 30A attractions without being surrounded by crowds. Joy was exceptional with her communication. We have vacationed here since our son was born 6 years ago, and this was our favorite trip so far! Highly recommend this private little slice of paradise!

Girls Trip

This house is right on the beach, so a great location. Great views. The top two floors are pretty and updated. The bottom floor/bunk room needs updating and smelled very musty. The gate and porch need some repairs. We enjoyed our stay, but no one was able to stay in the bunk room.

Cannot wait to go back!

This property was absolutely incredible. Perfect for our group (6 adults, 6 small kids, 2 infants). Right on the beach, house has a great lay out, kitchen is fully stocked, amazing deck areas with a swing and chairs with fantastic views, etc. Joy was absolutely incredible to work with. She supplied high chairs, baby gates, beach buckets for our kids, and beach totes for the parents. Anything we had questions on or needed, she was so quick to respond. We’ve stayed on 30A for 6 years now, and we plan to always rent this property from Here on outl!!

Our family has been renting this house along with another unit on San Roy drive, on and off for the past 25 years. Although the prices have gone up alot, you still can not beat the location of this house with the ocean and beach in front and Eastern Lake behind. All the folks at Elite 30a were great and helped us with all our questions and made our stay extra special.
