Great Location

We had a wonderful experience here. Waikiki is just a short walk away, with tons of other local attractions within walking distance. The condo was clean and everything was as expected from the photos. They even provided some beach and snorkel gear for use, which really added to our overall experience. Highly recommend.

Perfect Location!

Had a quick birthday trip to Oahu for a few days and we selected this condo since it seemed like a good location and it was perfect! walking distance to everything! Beach, Bars, Food, Shopping all right by the condo. was also very convenient to have the onsite parking! and very nice of the owners to provide the beach gear (chairs, umbrella, cooler, etc). so instead of having to pay ridiculous fees for the ones they rent at the beach and have to have a time limit, we took our own setup and were able to hang out at the beach for hours. was a perfect stay!

Great place to stay

Close to everything. Parking included which is a bonus to most of the hotels which charge a daily parking fee. Might want to invest in a memory foam mattress topper if you plan an extended stay and that is what you are used to sleeping on

Amazing Stay!

I absolutely LOVED this place! It was the perfect size that had everything you need! It was very clean and stocked with all the necessities. The location was perfect and the view from the balcony was gorgeous! I can’t wait to stay here again and I would suggest this place to anyone! Thank you for an amazing stay!

Home Away from Home

After a hectic day of sightseeing in Waikiki, Honolulu, and Oahu for eleven days and nights, the bright, spacious room is a joy to wind down. Its amenities include: A great bathtub. Luxurious shower. Balcony for sipping a favorite brew. Working appliances and dishware for meals. More helpful things. The location of shops and transportation is steps away from the condo.

Cozy and comfortable

We enjoyed our stay. Room was clean, comfortable and shower had great pressure! Convenient location to downtown, shops and restaurants. Only downside is it's loud at night, but we're early to bed. Great value!

So beautiful & clean!!

Loved the property! Clear easy instructions upon check in . Room was perfect - clean and fresh! Fresh bed sheets/ pillows and towels! Nice little kitchen with all the amenities and the view from the balcony is great! Love that it’s not on the “main Waikiki drag” and yes you hear the city at night but didn’t disturb my sleep at all! Air conditioned and cool upon arrival - the property manager James was FANTASTIC- nice and helpful ! Will definitely be rebooking in the coming months & years! Mahalo!!

Great stay.

Location and price were just right for our stay. Niko was easy to communicate with regarding a few minor issues we had during our stay. Enjoyed being just a short walk to the beach and many great restaurants.

Everything that I expected.

Great centralized location in Waikiki. That does come with noise though so be prepared for that. Transaction process was very easy. Parking was a definite plus. Just need to make sure vehicle is not very big. Tight parking lot. Unit was clean. Not a 5 star hotel but I didn’t expect that. I’d stay again

Very nice stay and such a bonus to have parking included.

Our room, #1507 was very nice and clean. We could see the ocean and with a pair of binoculars, we could see the surfers at Waikiki Beach. The room had good air conditioning that was quiet. Street noise was moderate though with trash trucks moving about at about 5 am. The kitchen had all the utensils one would need to cook with. There was a nice full size refrigerator. The two elevators never took long to arrive at your floor and take you down. Marine Surf is in the heart of Waikiki and nothing is far away, especially shopping. The unit comes with a parking space. Any hotel in Waikiki will charge from $35 to $50 a night for parking. Is a car needed in Waikiki, no. But if you want to drive around the island and see the MANY other sights, a car comes in handy and from the airport they are pretty cheap to rent. Street parking is virtually impossible to find. I would stay again in one of Niko's units. Also, Niko is always easy to get a hold of if a problem arises.
