Perfect for location large adult group

Easy breezy stay. We have a large adult family from all over the country all stay & it was perfect. There was more than enough space so nobody ever felt crowded, lots of kitchens, laundry, parking….the pool, hot tub & mountain backdrop were the icing on the cake! This was definitely a trip of a lifetime & will be hard to top!

Stayed in late October. The residence is very nice and just as advertised in the photos. We had 8 guys for a st.george and mesquite golf trip. Location was close to perfect. Everyone had their own bedroom which was nice - most had own bathroom as well. Never felt crowded. The outdoor deck is very nice. Pool is not heated so we didn't use it but it was clean. Hot tub was great - only inconvenience was having to tell the management when to turn it on and off but I get that's how things work these days. Overall I give the home and management high marks and would certainly stay there again.

We stayed at this property in March with a large group. While the home itself accommodated our group size, there were significant concerns that impacted our overall experience.There was a Ring camera located inside the home in the kitchen area facing toward the hot tub with audio/video capabilities. The home owner required us to text each time we wanted him to turn on the hot tub. During our stay, there were multiple instances that indicated the camera was being actively monitored in real time, which created a serious level of discomfort and concern for our group, particularly given the expectation of privacy in a private home rental. Text messages from the homeowner also provided additional proof of this concern. Due to these issues, we did not feel we had an appropriate level of privacy during our stay. Future guests should be aware of this and are strongly encouraged to confirm camera placement, monitoring practices, and seasonal pool availability prior to booking.

Fun large house but non working pool

We. Booked this place for the pool. We had a large family gathering and liked the idea of the pool being there so the kids could swim whenever. The pool was shut down. We wouldnt have booked this if we'd known. There was no large gathering space on the inside as well.
