Vallecito Lake Cabin

This Vallecito Lake cabin is located 18 miles outside of Durango in the Weminuche Wilderness. This cozy getaway offers quiet and peaceful surroundings with all the relaxing amenities. Sit outside on one of the two front decks and watch the deer walk through the yard or rest in the hammock on the back deck and listen to the wind blow through the pines. The 3,000 sq/ft cabin offers five sleeping areas and three full bathrooms.
The cabin is 45 miles from Purgatory Ski Resort. There are plenty of mountain views from every floor to ceiling window. The kitchen is fully stocked and surrounded by plenty of space for guests to relax and be together or escape to a quiet corner. There is a gas burning fireplace for the winter. The home is perfect for multiple families and plenty of space for kids to play. Starlink Wi-Fi will keep you connected to devices or to one of the three TV's in the home.
The outside is endless with places to take in the quiet and beautiful surroundings.
The master bathroom is equipped with a stackable washer and dryer to use. There is also a BBQ grill for guests to use as well as two kayaks and paddle boards to use on the lake.
The home is NOT pet friendly (no exceptions).
Cancellation Policy: A $500 non-refundable payment is required at the time of booking. This $500 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refunded within 24 hours of your arrival date. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes made that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of the arrival date.
