South Have

Our stay at this unit was perfect for our family. We enjoyed being close enough to walk to town each night for ice cream before returning to watch the boats come in from the deck. The bed was very comfortable and we used the pull out couch for the kids. The kids also enjoyed watching the bridge go up and down from the deck. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great location!

Property was very clean and included everything we needed. Easy access to shops and restaurants! We will definitely stay again! Only upset was beach chairs showed as an amenity so we didn't bring any but were not included.

Great location

My sister and I booked this location for our annual sister-trip. We thought it was a true one bedroom, but it is more of a private bedroom studio, which was not at all an issue. Lots of parking options available and super easy check-in process. This is probably one of the most well equipped short term rentals I’ve been in for things like coffee, sugar, cleaning supplies, and toilet paper. There were even travel toiletries available. We only had one minor issue during our stay, but the owners were quick to reply to our messages and to remedy the issues. They are incredibly friendly and gracious. We will definitely keep this in our list of favorites for when we come back to South Haven! The location is PERFECT! Walking distance to several beaches, restaurants, and shopping. One of our favorite amenities is the large outdoor deck by the water. We spent every evening outside listening to music from nearby restaurants and watching the boat traffic. Also, the pull out couch bed was INCREDIBLY COMFORTABLE! It has a great memory foam mattress with plenty of pillows and bedding available.

Nice, cozy condo

The condo was very nicely decorated and cozy. Overall we enjoyed our stay there. Just a few suggestions for the owner- please provide extra blankets and washrags. There were 4 of us and only 8 washrags for 4 days worth of showers. Not nearly enough. There was only one thin blanket for the pull out bed. An extra blanket would have been nice. One other word of warning- if there are multiple people that need to shower plan accordingly because you only get a shower and a half worth of hot water at a time. Otherwise this is a very nice property, great location and somewhere we would consider staying again. The owner was very responsive to questions and helpful as well!

Which is why we set out to have a piece of it for our own, and it is our sincerest pleasure to share it with you! We've owned this condo since 2019 and are so grateful to have had the opportunity to meet so many fantastic people. The encounters with guests that we've had in the past three years are, truly, what makes hosting worth doing. South haven is a bustling beach town with endless things to do, all within walking distance! Multiple festivals in the summer and outdoor live music. Winter offers festivals as well as ice skating with restaurants and shopping everywhere you look! South haven has become a social district between 10/1 and 5/15! Meaning you can walk around town with an open container in the designated area.

Getting around is as easy as it gets! Park your car in the private condo lot or on the street and put away your keys for the duration of your stay. Walking distance to everything!
You are only:
- Less than a mile to North and South Beach.
- Steps away from Phoenix Street which offers multiple dining and shopping experiences.
- A short walk or bike ride from Kal-Haven Trail which stretches for over 34 miles!
- Seconds from "The Depot" convenience store for small necessities.
- There is a Meijer a mile away for larger items if necessary.
- Within eye shot of your dedicated parking spot.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Although there are so many places to visit in South Haven, our favorite spot in the entire city is just steps outside the door. Our condo has access to an oversized deck that sits directly on the Black River. We have spent many nights watching the boats go up and down the river! It's a great place to unwind after a long day of sightseeing! Maybe even with a bottle of wine, which you can get at "The Depot" convenience store just across Dyckman Ave!
