Nicely Renovated Three Bedroom Oceanfront Condo
The Space:
Welcome to this recently renovated three-bedroom direct oceanfront third floor condominium in Ocean City, Maryland. This condo offers three bedrooms, two full baths and a large, open living area. The living area features a nicely furnished living room, dining area, sitting area and a fully-equipped and modernized kitchen with a vast breakfast counter. There is a private oceanfront balcony off the living area and primary bedroom suite, which is a great place to relax, unwind and enjoy the beautiful views and breeze. The oceanfront primary bedroom suite features a king-sized bed, television, full bath and balcony access with an updated bath. The second bedroom features two double beds, entrance to the laundry and second bath, as well as a television. The third bedroom features a queen bed and a television. The second bath is centrally located and easily accessible throughout the unit. This rental is in excellent condition. Ceiling fans throughout for added comfort. Building amenities include direct beach access, onsite parking for two vehicles, outside shower and two elevators. Good restaurants, amusements, shopping, nightlife and more are all within walking distance. Make some memories at the beach with Coastal Life Vacations. Linen and towel package included with reservation. Management fee includes Damage Waiver for $1000 in accidental damage coverage. This condo is located on the 3rd floor. License #87446
General Policies
Minimum guest age is twenty-five years old.
The guest that signed the Lodging Agreement shall be the guest that checks-in. This guest must be at least twenty-five years old and occupying the property throughout the duration of the rental period. All occupants of the property during the rental period shall be supervised by this guest. Violation of this policy will result in denial of access, cancellation of the reservation and/or immediate removal from the property without refund.
Maximum occupancy is noted on the listing and related materials. Violation of this policy will result in denial of access, cancellation of the reservation and/or immediate removal from the property without refund.
Guest shall not host, or permit to be hosted, any parties at the property at anytime. Violation of this policy will result in denial of access, cancellation of the reservation and/or immediate removal from the property without refund.
Pets are prohibited at the property. Violation of this policy shall be grounds for immediate removal from the property without refund. Guest will be responsible for all associated cleaning costs.
No smoking or vaping is allowed on the premises. If smoking or vaping does occur on the premises, Guest will be evicted and is financially responsible for all damage caused by the smoking including, but not limited to, stains, burns and the cost of odor remediation and removal and replacement of damaged property.
Your booking includes $1000 in accidental damage coverage, however any property damage needs to be reported immediately to Coastal Life Vacations to avoid additional charges and/or legal claims.
Rental booking includes a complete linen and towel package. Guest will be responsible for supplying their own paper products, toiletries, trash bags, beach towels and beach equipment.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations shall be in writing. Management fees are non-refundable. Reservations canceled more than sixty (60) days prior to the check-in date will receive a 100% refund less aforementioned fees. Reservations canceled more than thirty (30) days prior to the check-in date will receive a 50% refund less aforementioned fees. No refunds will be provided for reservations canceled thirty (30) days or less prior to the check-in date. No refunds will be provided if Guest does not take occupancy of the Property. A transfer to another Property at Guest’s request will be treated as a cancellation. Reinstatement of a canceled Reservation is subject to additional management fees. The Reservation will be in effect upon receipt of initial required deposit payment and the applicable cancellation policy will apply at that time.

Updated beach condo in a great mid-town location. Nicely equipped kitchen and cute decor. Quiet condo complex with great ocean view. Def great for us and our adult children. Would stay again!

All seven of us enjoyed an awesome family vacation in this wonderful condo right on the beach. We especially liked the location; nothing but the sea in front, easy reserved parking and everything you need for shopping, restaurants and entertainment out back. The condo is very quiet. We didn't hear the people around us. The outdoor shower made it so easy to keep the floors clean when coming back from the beach. We only used the short broom as the vacuum didn't work. The boardwalk and the wild horses of Assateague, as well as mini golf and other fun things to do, are an easy drive. The fridge was spotless and the stove works well. We cook a lot because our family has so many dietary restrictions so I did bring specific baking pans. It was suggested that we bring our own beach gear but there is some available in the parking garage. We also brought a folding chair because there are only 6 chairs and we often eat meals and play games together around the table. The air conditioning works well. Our only complaint is the "nest" thermostat. It constantly resets so we had to adjust it way too often. We also wished for some smaller bowls or containers, but no biggie. Definitely recommend this rental and hope to return someday.
