Snowcreek Resort Vacation Rental 990

This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, two level, property with a 1 car garage located in Snowcreek Phase 5. It has a maximum occupancy of 6, which includes children of all ages. TOML-CPAN-14405.

From the driveway walk your building's pathway, then up a set of steps to the front door. Use your access code to enter through the front door to the interior landing. You can either walk down two steps to the ground level or up a set of steps to the main level.

Properties are prepared for arrival with professionally laundered and sanitized bedding, linen and towels.
⬧ Beds are made with a mattress cover, fitted sheet, a down free comforter in between two flat sheets with pillowcases on the pillows.
⬧ Bathrooms stocked with a full supply of bath towels, hand towels, face towels and bathmats for your stay.

⟾ GROUND LEVEL offers:
⬧ Bedroom 1 = King, en-suite bathroom 1, 28” TV and an exterior deck
⬧ Clothes washer and dryer

⟾ MAIN LEVEL 2 offers:
⬧ Living room = Queen sofa pullout with its bedding set up and a 58” TV

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was as pictured/as described. Our family of four was very comfortable. Customer service was helpful in resolving an issue during reservation process. We appreciated access to the Athletic Club, but were disappointed to learn the outdoor pool was closed.

Ok experience

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property we had was pretty standard mammoth style and basic. I would give the property higher stars, but the fridge did not work at all while we were there which luckily we ended up at the blues festival everyday so was able to get away without buying food. Freezer was frozen over and made no ice the entire time. The screen doors had broken handles that were about to fall off when you touched them. We literally were provided one roll of toilet paper each bathroom for 4nights. At least our friends own in the property and had extra for us. Lastly the utensil drawer front would fall off when we you opened it. It looks as if the bracket broke previously and you can see where they tried to glue it back. Overall it was mediocre and a good place to sleep basically.

Reviewer Comments: Overall the condo was nice; however, there were little things that could have been better. The heater would make the upstairs very warm compared to the downstairs bedroom. It was probably another 5 degrees warmer upstairs than downstairs. The liquid soap used for the hands, body, and hair was not very good as well as the dishwashing soap. I’ve stayed in other condos where there was shampoo, body soap, and hair conditioner.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Having stayed in this unit numerous times, there are things that should be addressed: paint repairs needed in various places, downstairs tub needs repair to the tub and the caulking. When we checked in we had to ask for repair: downstairs bathroom would not flush and the smoke/CO2 alarm was chirping so not sure anyone had checked these issues before we checked in. If we check the rungs of the upstairs rocking chair, really needs cleaning.

A Very Good Choice

Reviewer Comments: Snowcreek is an excellent location, the Fairway section perfect for walks and local bike rides.The unit is exactly as described, comfortable, fully stocked kitchen supplies, and very clean (big thank you in these covid days).Only 2 issues: the garage is very small -more a winter issue. The unit patios are very close so if you have a noisy neighbor or strong grill odors it can be bothersome.

Great space for two...

Great condo in Snowcreek for a weekend getaway. Two levels which provides lots of privacy, nice views. Easy access to mountain.
