Acogedor rancho a casa en la sección Metedeconk de Brick. Su familia es bienvenida aquí, en un vecindario muy tranquilo. Tres millas en coche a la playa de Bay Head y unas millas más a la playa de Point Pleasant. Tres habitaciones cómodas, (Queen en el dormitorio principal, cama doble y dos camas individuales) muy grandes para comer en la cocina y área de comedor, sala de estar grande, estudio y un porche de 12 por 24 con vistas a un patio trasero. Fuera del lado del porche hay una barbacoa de gas. Aire acondicionado central, lavadora y secadora, estacionamiento en la calle para que los huéspedes lo usen.

Wonderful kid friendly home in a great location!

We had a great stay and we especially enjoyed the toys and games for the kids. Easy access to the area attractions including Windward and the shore.

July 4th 2023 stay

We enjoyed our July 4th stay. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, but has access to many stores with an easy 5 minute drive. The house was clean and had a nice sunroom area.

Cute property - 10 minutes to the beach

Very clean ranch home worked perfectly for us. Ample parking on a quiet street. Only 10 minutes from the beach… 5 minutes from numerous restaurants! We followed Eileen’s advice and had a great meal at the Shrimp Box restaurant.

Lovely and spacious house in a quiet neighborhood

This property is well maintained and had plenty of room with a big screened-in porch. Located in a quiet neighborhood that was close (by car) to beach, stores and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Wonderful home near the beach!

Eileen was wonderful in communicating and being welcoming. The house is perfect and has a wonderful screened in porch out back which is so relaxing. Very short drive to the beach and Boardwalk.

Quaint and cozy!!

Beautiful, quiant, well kept property. Beds were super comfy. Rental process was very easy, Eileen kept in touch leading up to our stay, provided instructions on the property, contact information and provided resources and suggestions for our stay. Beautiful neighborhood (friendly neighbors) close proximity to beaches, shopping and best of all ice cream! Looking forward to returning next year. Thanks Eileen for the use of your cozy home!!

The house was very clean and spacious. The furniture was comfortable including comfortable beds and bedding. I would bring a charging port for anyone who needs it. It was hard to find enough available outlets to charge our devices. And, I wouldn't plan on having room to store belongings if there for more than a couple of nights. the house is lovingly lived in. But, owners were very generous in providing plenty of bottled water and necessities. But, first world problems - the house was super comfortable.

Nice Stay

Good find for us - up visiting family around July 4th - not much available in the area! House was clean, and had all basic amenities we needed. We only stayed 3 nights, and did not eat there. One thing to note - the fridge and freezer were partially full of owner's food, as was the pantry/cupboards. Not a huge deal, but if we were staying longer and wanted to cook there - not much space for us to store things. Aside from that, very good stay.

Eileen's place was a true DELIGHT!

This was a perfect spot for our Jersey shore getaway! Eileen was an excellent host, and she went above and beyond on the littlest details. Her place was a lovely home that fit our party of four quite comfortably. Eileen was easy to get in touch with when we had questions, and our check-in/check-out was a breeze. In all the right ways, we felt like we were staying with family. We were a short drive to the beach, less than five minutes from the supermarket, and close to many delicious restaurants and bars. Thanks for a great stay, Eileen!

Great rental home in Jersey Shore!!

Eileen the owner, was quickly responsive to all of my questions. The rental house was absolutely adorable, very clean, bigger than I thought, had an extra bedroom that I didn’t even need, and 2 very convenient bathrooms for my husband, son and I. The screened in back room was a bonus for rainy days and coffee/breakfast in the morning and watching the bunnies hop around was cute. This house is only 10 minutes from the Pt Pleasant Beach and boardwalk. It is in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. There were plenty of towels, the beds were very comfortable, and the AC works great! The owner Eileen, even left a little bottle of wine with wine glasses and delicious chocolates it was a very nice surprise and a very nice touch. Couldn’t ask for better house for a long weekend getaway, I would definitely recommend this house to any family looking to get away to the Jersey Shore. Hopefully I will have the chance to rent this house again soon!

Girls Weekend Get Away

We had such an enjoyable stay here at Eileen's lovely home. You can tell she takes pride in this house. Eileen was so welcoming and kind! The pictures did not do this house justice, such a beautiful house! We absolutely loved the large screened in porch area! The house was very clean as well. There were no complaints had about the house. I would recommend renting this house to anyone and would love to come back next summer and rent!

Cute and spacious

Very cute, charming and spacious! It looks small on the outside but it's really big inside! We didnt even use the second living room/seating area. The owner was very sweet in letting us check in early. Everything was easy and seemless. I know we are going to book this place again!

Rare Nook in Brick!

This house was the perfect getaway for 3 sisters. We arrived to an extremely clean and orderly home. The location was in very close proximity to pristine beaches and just minutes away from from a wide range of restaurants. The highlight and hidden gem of this cozy home was the screened-in porch off the back of the home. We spent our nights playing cards, laughing and relaxing. It rained 2 evenings and it's peaceful to just sit and watch the rain. The entire neighborhood is very quiet and friendly. I would 100% recommend renting; a rate little nook that's safe and relaxing during these uncertain times.

Clean and cute ... to a point

Overall this was a good experience. Neighborhood is safe and quiet and for the most part the house was clean and quite serviceable. However the refrigerator was full of food, personal effects, including family pictures and crucifixes, were left out and several lamps didn't work even after being plugged in. Note that this house does not have a dishwasher or Wi-Fi and the quote-unquote coffee pot is a percolator.
