New well equipped kitchen, new bathroom with sundries. Adjustable King bed with memory foam mattress, queen sleeper sofa, 50" smart tv and a Private third floor balcony great for skygazing, third floor no one above! OVC is a gated community with Private beach access. There are many amenities to enjoy such as the two pools, one heated, gym, shuffleboard and tennis courts. Beach chairs, umbrella and a small cooler are provided. Restaurants directly across from the complex, no driving needed! St. Augustine offers much to see and do! Check out Marineland Dolphin Adventure, Alligator Farm Zoological Park or play some golf! Fish from the beautiful wide beach! Surfing and Boogie Boarding is fun, so is bike riding, especially at low tide. Don’t forget about historic downtown St. Augustine, a must see!

We had a great time at Ocean Village Club, and Laurie was great to work with. The apartment was cute clean and easy to find everything we needed. We’ll be back!

Peaceful stay at the beach!

Our condo was perfect! The host, Laurie, was wonderful and responded quickly with all of our questions! Very accommodating and had everything you need for the beach! We will definitely be back!

Absolute Perfection!

My husband and I stayed at Laurie’s place for our 34th anniversary, and it was absolute perfection! The place was immaculate and even smelled so clean when we walked in! Everything you need is included and the location was superb! It was far enough away from all of the crowds but close enough to quickly get to everything. We loved our stay and would love to get back someday!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The place was beautiful. A quick walk to the beach helped make some wonderful memories with our family. The newly remodeled condo has everything, was clean, and the communication with owner was awesome. She was very responsive with questions I had before or stay. We'd stay there again in a heartbeat.

Relaxing Vacation

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this condo and the owner. The owner was prompt in responding to all of my questions and made booking and checkin an absolute breeze. The condo feels like a home away from home and has everything you need for the perfect vacation. The location is prime as well, close to the beach, pool and many great restaurants. I can’t wait to return!!

Perfection!

This condo was perfect for our family stay! Everything we needed the condo had it!! The condo was clean and tidy. Easy check in and check out. Quick walk to the beach and community pool! Close to downtown also. This was our first time in st. Augustine and we cannot wait to come back.

Great location and condo

Clean, comfortable home with a 3 minute walk to several nice restaurants and a great coffee shop. While it is a bit of a haul to the beach, it’s nice being able to wake up and be at the coffee shop in 3 minutes as it is right across the street. Clean condo with plenty of beach towels, two nice beach chairs, two extra camping chairs and a nice umbrella as well as a small cooler. It’s about a 6-9 minute walk to the beach gate but we just kept the beach gear in our car trunk and drove to the gate each morning to make it easier. The beach and the dunes are beautiful.

Nice Room

The actual property we stayed in was nicely updated, the bed was comfortable, and we had everything we needed for the weekend getaway. The walk to the beach is MUCH farther away than pictures made it seem, thankfully you could stay on the grounds and drive to about a halfway point before walking the rest of the way. They do also allow driving on the beaches in this area which is the most convenient way to get on the beach. You do have to actually call the host to get through the gate when first arriving to get onto the property and it is expected that you will arrive right at check in time. Overall if you like this area, the place was worth the money.

The entrance to the beach is right in the complex. I don’t advertise that my unit is oceanfront, the complex is. Also. I don’t expect my guests to arrive Exactly on time, other guests have communicated with me to give me an approximate arrival time and as I remember I did the same with you. It’s common courtesy to let your host know when you will be arriving.

We enjoyed our stay in St. Augustine. Condo was very clean and contained everything you needed. Felt like home! The king sized adjustable bed was so comfortable that when we got home, we purchased the exact same bed for our home! Location is conveniently located to restaurants/stores. Check in and communication with host/Laurie was a breeze. She was quick to respond. Condo is in a quiet, gated community. There was plenty of parking. Beach access was a little further than originally expected, however you can drive to guest parking near the non-heated pool and walk to the rest of the way to the beach access which is not bad, but being able to drive on the beach was a plus and very convenient plus there was a car washing station within the complex that was nice to rinse off sand from your vehicle. Overall, our stay was a great one! Definitely recommend!

Condo near beach

Great stay. Condo is beautiful and clean. Condo is a definite hike to beach. There are visitor parking spots closer to beach, but still a little walk. It is on 3rd floor with no one above you; however, there is no elevator. The main bed is fantastic...it is adjustable. The main closet is huge. The kitchen is stacked well. The smart tv in living room is great, but there is no DVD player as advertised. They even provide beach chairs, umbrella, and small cooler. The rules of the pool are way too strict (no balls, drinks, horseplaying, diving/cannonballs, etc) and the monitors stick to them (not condo owner' fault). Really nice restaurants within walking distance.
