This spacious home is perfect for your vacation getaway with your family and friends. Only ten minutes from the beautiful gulf beaches of Sanibel, Captiva, Fort Myers Beach and the beautiful Margaritaville Resort!

This rare find is conveniently located close to the Sanibel Causeway with access to Captiva, amazing five star restaurants, plenty of shopping all around and fantastic golf courses. Enjoy fun-filled days lying in the sun with your favorite cocktail at the beach or pool or taking a swim in the warm tranquil pool waters. Once you've had your fill of all the exciting beach front nightlife and you need a break from touring all the endless amenities in the area, you can enjoy quiet days or evenings in, to watch the breath taking sunrise or sunsets while enjoying a hot cup of coffee or by having an relaxing glass of wine after dinner by the pool.

Fort Myers, Bonita Springs and Naples are all modern cities with plenty of shopping, dining and sightseeing to experience. The South West International Airport in Fort Myers is close by for convenience as well.

Great location

The visit was amazing! Location is perfect as you can get to Sanibel in 15 minutes. Tons of options for food in the area. The pool and hot tub are great. Nice outdoor area to watch tv as well.

The home was spacious and clean and the kitchen was adequately stocked. The patio and pool was very nice and we spent the majority of our stay out there enjoying the weather and watching tv at night. We were disappointed when the hot tub was not heated and the keys didn't stay and when contacted the host we were told the hot tub was not an amenity. We had 2 small needed repairs and when we reported them maintenance came very quickly and took care of it. Everything we needed was in close proximity and the beach was a short drive as long as we got ahead of rush hour traffic. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Location for Girls' Trip!

Recently stayed at Beachcomber Bunglow for a long weekend girls' trip. The house was clean and comfortable with lots of space for all if us. The Location was great for getting to the beach quickly while also being close to grocery stores and out the craziness of being right on the beach. The outdoor area was prefect for relaxing! Highly recommend!

Resort Life at its finest is a great description for this beautiful home away from home!!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property with the private pool and well appointed kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen has a whole shelf of spices which was really nice for the few times we cooked at the house. The beach chairs at the entrance were a really nice touch although we never used them. The pool and spa were amazing and we had plenty of towels both for the pool and showers. Overall the house was really well stocked and decorated beautifully. We also appreciate Coastal Breeze Vacation Homes and the maintenance team who helped us during our stay. They were very prompt and courteous. Thanks to the owner and the CBVH team.
