This adorable home has been lovingly renovated and expanded, offering an all-new, private, primary suite addition with a king-size bed, a sitting area, a beverage station, a flatscreen TV, and French doors that lead outside to the yard. The adjoining new primary bathroom has a custom-tiled stand-up shower.


Enjoy a remodeled, eat-in kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a den with a flatscreen TV, a dining area, and a living room with another large flatscreen TV. Two more bedrooms and a full bathroom are on the opposite end of the house from the primary bedroom, creating a wonderful sense of privacy. There's even a spacious, fenced-in yard with a firepit, Adirondack chairs, and a picnic table providing plenty of outdoor seating for you and your dogs.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
