If you want Beach/Bay but close to restaurants and shops this house is perfect for you. Not even a minute away from the bay, and five houses walk to the beach- about 4-minute walk. This is one of the narrowest parts of Long Beach Island. So beauty surrounds you as well as convenience of restaurants and stores. Everything in the house is brand new. The house is raised up so plenty of parking. There are decks off of each bedroom. And two master bedrooms so plenty of room for more than one family.
We are new to the rental market and would like to share with your family. Our home was completely renovated in the winter of 2024 with new floors, paint, kitchen, bathroom and furniture. We are a block from the beach and 20 ft to the bay. Indulge in the ultimate seaside escape at this exquisite residence nestled in the heart of Harvey Cedars, Kinsey Cove. The home is steps away from great restaurants, Markets, liquor store and ice cream. . Enjoy an ice cream cone or grab a bottle of wine at the liquor store and cross the street to watch the sunset at the lifeguarded beach. And for those seeking aquatic adventures, the tranquil waters of Kinsey's Pond beckon a mere 20 feet away, offering a serene retreat for kayaking or paddleboarding enthusiasts.
The home is a very bright 2450 sqft, 4-bedroom, 4-bath home that can sleep up to 14. The home is elevated with plenty of parking as it can fit 8 cars or plenty of room under the house for cornhole or outside play.
