Single floor spacious home is located in a very quiet and safe, family friendly neighborhood, great for family gatherings or a large group of friends with plenty of sleeping areas for everyone! Have a fantastic and memorable visit to San Diego, California! This is the perfect home base for your family and friends! The space **House Rules**
Upon booking the home you agree to these house rules.
1) To ensure there are no issues during your stay please maintain the set quiet hours: 9pm-8am as this is a family neighborhood and we do not want to cause any inconvenience to our neighbors. Meaning the hot tub should not be used past 10pm and please keep in mind that talking in the backyard can be heard by the neighbors at night as this is a very quiet family neighborhood. So please respect the quiet hours. 2) Please wipe your legs with a towel before going inside after using the Spa to prevent water damage to the hardwood floor. 3) Your pets are more than welcome in the home but please keep the yard clean after they do their business 4) No smoking whatsoever inside the home or you willbe charged a $250 deep cleaning fee and please be considerate when smoking outside. 5)This home can absolutely be used for fun family and friend events but should not be used to party
6) ***Spa heating *** The Daily use for the hot tub is between 7am-10pm. For no more than 6 hours a day. But it's use is included in the booking fee as a (resort fee) when you book the home! lf you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask!!
****Children and dogs should always be supervised in the backyard since the hot tub is ground level and above all else we want to ensure our guests Saftey!***** Heating time: 7AM-12PM. Please understand the actual gas cost is very high during this time frame.
