Este es un magnífico 4 dormitorios (cuarto dormitorio es un loft abierto) con 2 condominios de baño completo en un acantilado con vistas al lago Michigan. Entre finales de junio y mediados de agosto, aceptamos reservas de una semana de sábado a sábado. Estamos ubicados en una propiedad tranquila y arbolada. El camino pavimentado para caminar / carritos de golf afuera de nuestra puerta de entrada lo lleva a una playa privada de arena de 1,000 pies de ancho (podría ser un desafío para los ancianos). Otras comodidades del complejo incluyen una gran piscina climatizada en el suelo y un área de patio, área de picnic, fogatas y un área común cubierta con lavandería.
El nivel principal del condominio cuenta con pisos de madera, una suite principal con cama queen, terraza personal y baño completo; y una cocina completa y comedor. Desde la espaciosa sala de estar con un techo de 20 pies, una puerta corrediza del patio brinda acceso a la gran terraza en la que puede disfrutar de la vista expansiva del lago mientras se asa a la parrilla. El nivel superior cuenta con alfombra bereber, dormitorio con cama queen y balcón personal con vista completa al lago; Dormitorio con cama queen y cama individual y balcón personal con vista lateral, Loft con 2 camas individuales y baño completo. A solo minutos de tiendas y vida nocturna al norte de St. José; Harbor Shores, un campo de golf exclusivo de Jack Nicklaus; y el campo de golf público Lake Michigan Hills. Media hora al sur de South Haven; menos de 1 hora al sur de Holanda; A 2 horas de Chicago.

Annual Family Vacation

Great Week on Lake Michigan- Great Views!

We had a wonderful stay here. Easy 2 hour drive from Chicago suburbs. Place had plenty of room, very clean, all the amenities you would need. View is fantastic- great sunsets each night. Highly recommend it!

Peaceful

My family had a great stay at this spacious and comfortable condo. Walk to the beach is quite steep and difficult for older guests, but my family was fine with it. Can’t beat the front row seat to Lake Michigan sunsets and a very peaceful private beach!

Beautiful sunsets

The most beautiful sunsets and view of Lake Michigan! Also the great private beach area down the path and the pool were very peaceful and no crowds - perfect for social distancing! The condo is as listed and has everything we needed to enjoy our stay! Location is in a quiet street and we were able to run on Pier Road to help offset the pizza we enjoyed from Silver Beach Pizza! Great place to get away and refresh. Thank you for sharing your place with our family!

Beautiful beach and sunsets

The view is just beautiful. We live on the other side of Lake Michigan and it's unbelievable how pretty the private beach and view was. The inside of the property was nice and fit our family of 5 adults and 3 young children comfortably. Only concern would be the outside of the property needs a little work and updating. But the view made up for that!

Wonderful Beach

We had a relaxing stay over a long weekend and the private beach was the highlight of this property. It was nice to have a secluded and quite place with a 5-7 minute drive to St. Joe for restaurants. The condo is a good size but the real prize here is the private beach. The path down is a quick 90 second walk on a steep incline, no issue for us but as noted in the other reviews, older people may have an issue. It's a beautiful little beach, peaceful in the morning with coffee, and uncrowded in the day time even with other guests. Beautiful views at night from the deck overlooking the bluff at sunset.

Standing on the deck from my left to my right, all you see is beautiful Lake Michigan. A different five star sunset every night, even if it’s cloudy, the lake puts on its shoe instead. Super large beach. Our host, Natalie and Ed made everything flow seamlessly. Only one question on the a/c and Ed was back wit me in minutes to talk it over and solve the problem. The Condo was comfortable and roomy and clean. Would highly recommended this rental.

beautiful beach stay!

I came with my children in their low 20's and we ALL had a wonderful time! I can see how someone might want to consider a golf cart to go up and down the incline to the beach but we did fine. The beach was amazing and felt private....sandy,warm, clean, wonderful. The house had room for all of us and the 2 bathrooms a must. The kitchen was well equipped as we made dinner in most nights. The deck and view was beautiful! Parking was easy and it was close to town and restaurants if you choose as well as wineries and golfing.We would definitely go again and recommend to others!!!

Outstanding view and great owners

Well laid out condo with a truly amazing view. Location: prime, with a particularly wide and unobstructed view of Lake MI Condo: spacious enough, well kept, and great views continue inside (windows, patios, etc.) Deck: spacious and easy to use / enjoy Owners: couldn't have been nicer or easier to work with Town: spent more of our time in nearby St. Joe for the town amenities Beach: water levels were very high during my visit so the beach was very eroded, but still walkable and safe to play at Pool: opens mid-June Kitchen: well stocked Laundry: shared with other condo units in nearby common area

Best views!

This condo had the best views in the area. We were pleasantly surprised we heard no noise from any of the nearby neighbors. Having the heated pool was a wonderful bonus for the kids on days the lake was too chilly for swimming. We were disappointed that the beach was mostly gone, making the water difficult to access. However, there were plenty of local beaches nearby! It would be nice if some basic household linens were included (towels, hand towels, wash cloths). Having to pack beach towels and towels for showering for 6, and not having a washer/dryer in the unit was a bit cumbersome. Overall we loved our stay and the close proximity to St. Joe and Coloma. The pies at Bob’s Barn are a must!

Lake Michigan Beach Getaway

This property is all about access to beautiful Lake Michigan. We have stayed in this area many times, but never in this condo. We've already reserved our spot for next summer. We spent a week in this condo with extended family and had plenty of room. The kitchen was very well equipped and we loved the table and glider on the outside deck. These were perfect settings to watch the sunset. Everything was clean upon arrival and we appreciated the detailed notes from Natalie on where to find things and things to do. My MIL enjoyed the warm pool and trips to St. Joe. My husband was able to golf at several local courses. I was able to work in the mornings using on-site wifi, then spend all day at the beach with family. Cell service is limited at the beach and in the unit, at no fault of the owners. The beach was great this year. The water was a comfortable temp, clean and calm. Keep in mind - the beach changes daily. Two big storms during our stay brought down lots of clay. On the first day, there were 20 feet of rocks at the shore of the lake, they were all gone 2 days later.

Fantastic view of Lake Michigan

We spent a week at this property and the condo owner Natalie was right!! Fantastic view of the Lake. We brought a telescope and our binoculars to view the boats and more on the lake. The condo has a homey feel and there was plenty of room for us. The first three days, my son, daughter-in-law and and granddaughter visited. They had their space, my husband and I had ours, so plenty of privacy. We cooked out and had our meals on the large deck that wrapped the condo. Plenty of kitchen supplies and items to make grilling or cooking very easy. Parking was right near the condo. We did not use the pool, but it was nice and very warm and heated. There is access to a private beach which we used. The walkway is paved, and steep. You might need a rest if older, on the way up, but it is doable. There were also other beaches along the Blue Star Highway, with good access, lots of sand and playgrounds, and a nice state park, Van Buren State Park, just a few miles north of the condo. We were close to St. Joseph, South Haven, Saugatuck, Grand Haven, Holland and New Buffalo. Plenty of good places to shop and visit. And downtown Coloma had groceries and several restaurants. Great pizza place less than 2 miles away at DiMaggios. At night we had a fire in a pit right off of our deck. Very quiet, peaceful, clean and the views are spectacular. We usually do not stay at the same place while vacationing, but this might be the exception. We had a wonderful time!! Thanks Natalie for allowing us to share your beautiful condo.

Amazing view, location and beach!

We couldn’t have been happier with this choice to have a family get together. The view was fantastic. The beach was a good size for people to enjoy without feeling crowded with no privacy. It’s proximity between St Joseph and Southhaven allowed us to find lots of activities and restaurants when we ventured out. The owner (Natalie) was a pleasure to work with.

Great Beach

3rd time staying at the property. This time stayed with another couple at a larger unit. The kids had a great time at the beach and pool. If you have small children or elderly would HIGHLY recommend you get a golf cart to get to the beach. This condo was actually better than the pics.

Creating New Memories and Remembering the Past!

This is a lovely vacation home. It is spacious, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. I chose this property for our small family because of the location near family and friends and because it offered both views of Lake Michigan and beach access. I’m in my mid 70s and loved the privacy of the main floor bedroom/bathroom that offered separation from the rest of my family who used the upstairs bedrooms and bath. We were fortunate to experience great beach weather. We are thankful that the owner provided a wagon, lawn chairs, and sun umbrellas to use at the beach. I am 76 yeats young and healthy. We did not rent a golf cart and I was able walk down to the beach and back each day. I loved the fact that I made new memories with my grandchildren. At the same time I reminisced about my youth growing up in the area. We also enjoyed the large dining table by the windows that view Lake Michigan. We enjoyed meals and playing games together at that table. All kitchen appliances and the 2 AC units worked fine. Overall we enjoyed a great week! Thank you!

Great family getaway!

My husband and I stayed for a week with our three grandchildren ages 7, 13 & 14. The stay was very enjoyable. The hosts provided us with more than enough information regarding surrounding places to eat, shop, go to the movies etc.. The condo was clean, cozy and had everything you could possibly need and somethings that we forgot to bring from home. No need to bring any kitchen wear! I brought things I had no need to even unpack. The views from the balconies and the deck were beautiful - particularly the sunsets! The private beach was ideal and the other families at the site were very friendly. The neighbor in the next condo was very nice and informative regarding the surrounding area. The pool was nice as well. The walk down the slope to the beach is steep and there is a place close-by that rents golfcarts but we didn't feel a need. The wi-fi is glitchy but we were able to get all of our streaming channels on TV. The owner even left us a welcoming gift with a lovely note. Overall, a great place where we'd absolutely stay again.

We fell in love with southwest Michigan the first time that we visited the area. We love it for many reasons, but feel that when we come, we get away from it all and can relax with the beach, ambiance and fun things to do in the area. One of our highlights was picking apples on a sunny October day at Big Dan's U Pick Em orchard.

It's also great to visit in the spring and fall to walk the beach, visit local restaurants, play golf and pick fruit. Restaurants here have to be good to survive. Please ask for our list of favorite attractions! Your family can enjoy a full sunset every evening while enjoying your favorite beverages and grilling.
