We loved our stay at the palms, the property was beautiful. We loved the updates throughout, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed! The bedrooms all had access to the balcony which made that gulf breeze and waves crashing so soothing. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Setting

This was the perfect quiet getaway. This space is so welcoming and comfortable. The lovely views of the beach open the living area to the outside. We enjoyed time gathering on the balcony, in the living room, in the kitchen and of course on the beach with such easy access. We had everything we needed and appreciate having the well-equipped kitchen for coffee and breakfast. Thank you for the time and space to enjoy our trip.

Beautiful condo with amazing views!

The communication with the management company was great. Condo was very clean & spacious. LOVED the views from wrap-around balcony! We had great weather, except for the day we checked out. Had a wonderful trip! Would definitely stay there again!

Good stay, great location

The correspondence through Prickett Properties was great. We had questions about the listing and they responded very quickly for clarification. The property was clean overall but could use a bit of updating.

The Condo is in a perfect location. The only issue was the Condo needs a exterminator, gnats, Cockroaches were terrible, the towels had holes.

Family Vacation with Adult Children

Location is perfect, condo is very spacious, loved how the kitchen was laid out so we were. It on top of each other. The cabinetry in the unit could be updated but that wouldn’t stop us from renting the unit again. The property management company was very responsive and helpful. All and all, a great unit with enough space for 5 adults.
