We enjoyed our stay at Shelburne Bay. The place was clean, spacious and in good condition. Communication with the host was responsive and clear. I would stay here again.

The host was very responsive and the welcome book they had created was professional and really helpful, but what really stood out was the location, and the house was totally set up to enjoy it in every way.

Wonderful place! The inside is beautiful, clean, and nice decorated, and we loved the open floor plan. The view is awesome! Hosts were very responsive. We would love to visit again.

We couldn't have asked for more during our stay - wonderful views and relaxation in a comfortable and functional space, with simple travel into Burlington or whatever we wanted to check out. Smooth logistics and communication with the host was the icing on the cake :)

We had a great stay for the week. The water views of Lake Champlain were amazing! Especially at sunset! We enjoyed the extra snacks and coffee that were provided by the host. Communication was great throughout the process and check in was a breeze. There was more of a beach area behind the house into the lake than we expected which was a great surprise! We hope to get back to the area and stay again sometime soon!

VCM Weekend Getaway

We came to town for the Vermont City Marathon and enjoyed a long Memorial Day weekend at this serene and beautiful house. The views are spectacular and the house was exactly as advertised. Check-in was easy, the house was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient to Burlington and Shelburne. It was a great place to relax and unwind before and after the race!

This property was immaculate and cozy. You are right on the lake and the views are stunning! We stayed two nights in October and filled our weekend with trips to Shelburne Museum and Shelburne Farm. It was a lovely place to return to at the end of each day. I would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful property and location. Very peaceful place!

I really enjoy my stay. The property was clean, inviting and modern throughout. Loved the huge windows and beautiful lake view too. The location is quiet and peaceful. You can see stars at night. Loved it and plan to visit again when I can.

The house was cozy and the large windows are amazing. The views of the lake at sunrise and sunset are gorgeous. I can only imagine it in the summer.

Clean, cozy, inviting

My husband and I enjoyed staying at this property for two nights while visiting the area. The house was very clean and inviting with beautiful views throughout. Kristen is a great host and communicated everything we needed to know. The house is easily accessible via GPS. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay in the area.

Perfect Retreat

What a haven! You almost feel like you are floating on the lake while inside the house. Great use of the space to create an open yet cozy retreat. Lovely deck as well to enjoy the outdoors or engage is some yoga with the mats provided. You will definitely leave here well rested.

Shelburne, VT house on Lake Champlain

We had an awesome time in this home. It has a gorgeous view from inside the house, from the lower patio and from the beautiful upper deck area off of the bedroom. We rented paddleboards and a kayak and spent our days on the lake. The house was extremely clean and well-stocked and we liked the open concept of the first floor and large closets on both floors. The house was very comfortable for a family of four (two slept upstairs in the bedroom and two on the pullout couch). It is located very conveniently to town for restaurants and shopping and the host was very attentive and great at communicating in a timely manner. We would recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful stay in Shelburne and check in was super easy. The house is in a great location and so close to Burlington, shops, restaurants, breweries, farms, trails, etc. The house is immaculate, clean and so comfortable. The pictures do not do it justice! It rained for part of one day and we were content to just stay at the house and enjoy the gorgeous views. The sunsets are beautiful. Communication with the host was great and we would return when we travel to the Burlington area again.

Great trip.

We would prefer having the option of communicating by phone, if needed. For example, it was a challenge trying to get the ceiling fans working. But the home and location was enticing enough to stay in and enjoy the surroundings without any excursions.
