"The Posh Pearl". This 2bd 2.5ba top floor town-home is located in St Joe Beach. Tastefully decorated, this home is gulf front living at it's finest! The main level offers the kitchen, dining area, living room, master bedroom & bath, and half bath. You have beautiful views of the water from anywhere on the main level, especially the deck. Kitchen is fully stocked for all of your cooking needs. The second bedroom and second full bath are located upstairs. St Joe Beach is quaint and quiet with beautiful emerald green water and white sugar sand.

The Posh Pearl is a non-smoking unit. All bookings are on a first come first serve basis.

St. Joe Beach and Beacon Hill offer miles of beautiful shoreline facing due west, providing spectacular sunsets and a silhouetted view of St. Joseph Peninsula. Nestled safely inside the Cape�s protective barrier, the surf is low and gentle, a safe haven for swimmers of all ages. Public boardwalks and trails to the beach are peppered along the road. Veteran�s Memorial Park in Beacon Hill offers plenty of safe parking and is known for its panoramic, elevated view overlooking the Gulf.

CANCELLATION POLICY: A cancellation fee of $200.00 will be charged if you cancel your reservation. Telephone the office as soon as possible in the event you must cancel, change dates or switch properties. Please note that if the reservation is cancelled within 45 days of arrival, we cannot refund your advanced rental payment. Once your reservation is confirmed, any cancellations/date or property changes will be subject to our cancellation policies. Sorry, no refunds for early departures. You may also use the advanced rental payment for a future booking and avoid the cancellation fee. Please call our office if you would like to make arrangements.
