Inside, you'll find a custom-designed living space with wonderful views of the Atlantic Ocean throughout the main floor and master bedroom. You can't get any closer to the beach than the Coquina Condominiums, which offer one of the fastest jaunts to the sand and sea as well as use of an outdoor pool and other wonderful community amenities.
The Coquina Complex has experienced many upgrades in 2023!
We now have beautiful pickle ball, tennis and shuffleboard courts available for guest.
Our grills are located on pavers just to the left as you enter the complex.
The complex has a new roof and fresh coat of paint.
You will also enjoy the new landscaping throughout the grounds leading out to the large open pools and then directly onto the white sandy beaches.
Be sure to bring along your surfboard or fishing rod.

Washington Oaks Gardens State Park is 7 miles South of our property nestled between the Atlantic Ocean and the Matanzas River. Explore 425 acres of coastal scenery including the lush hammock where towering Live Oaks, Hickory and Magnolia trees offer their welcome shade. The formal gardens are a delight to see!
Marineland Delphine Adventure is only 5.2 miles south!
