*The Beachside II building is continuing with exterior stucco and minor construction work during Fall of 2025 through Spring of 2026. A 15% discount is automatically applied to the advertised rental rate for any minor inconvenience this may cause.

This recently renovated two bedroom, two bathroom condo is located on the 8th floor at Beachside Two. The condo has professional designer touches throughout. You will be blown away by the stunning panoramic gulf views offered from nearly every room! In addition to sugar white beaches, Beachside Two offers a seasonally heated swimming pool and an on-site fitness center. With amenities galore, a spacious and open floor plan, this beautiful unit has everything you need for your perfect vacation! The living area features a brand new TV and new furniture with a queen sleeper sofa. The dining area has brand new furniture with seating for 6 with additional seating at the breakfast bar in the updated kitchen. The unit has a king bed in the primary bedroom with stunning views, and the guest room features a king bed, and connects to the 2bathroom. Just off the living area is the laundry closet, with a full size washer and dryer.

Hop on the tram and take a quick trip to the Village of Baytowne Wharf for restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Guests are just minutes from everything - the beach, golfing, tennis, fishing, great food and shopping at nearby Market Shops, Grand Boulevard and Village of Baytowne Wharf.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

NOTE: The total reservation cost includes the nightly rate, clean fee, damage waiver, transportation fee (for select properties), processing fee and tax. By requesting a quote for this property, you agree to be added to our email subscription list.

Wonderful view and newly renovated

Two retired couples really enjoyed that unit had two very comfortable king beds. Unit clean and newly renovated with a nice western facing beach view so the sunsets were exquisite. Some exterior renovations underway but didn’t begin until 8:30ish so noise annoying but understandable.Great unit in really good location.

It was nice & clean when we arrived. There were actually beach toys/chairs/umbrella in a closet so it would have been nice to not have to pack all that. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. We were not huge fans of the master shower with the rainfall shower head plus handheld. The hot water did not last long enough for 2 adults and 1 child to shower, so we took Luke warm to cold showers all week & the way the pressure was split between the two shower heads it was pretty weak- hard to get sand off with weak pressure. Patio furniture was ripped but not necessarily a problem. Overall it was clean, decorated nicely and a good place to stay. If the hot water wasn’t an issue then I would not have an issue rebooking.

Beachside II

Great area with access to everything you need. The only suggestion would be to improve the amount of kitchen supplies, as example, there is only one full-sized plate in the cabinet. If anyone were planning to cook and eat in for a meal, there isn't enough plates to serve the meal. Otherwise, it is an outstanding property.

Great Stay but check freq for updates as they don't notify

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is beautiful, clean and well equipped. We really enjoyed our stay. The only issue we had was the pool update. I booked in April and the pool refurb was scheduled to be complete before our stay mid July. I found out three days before that it was delayed - out of their control so not mad about that. My issue is that I was not notified of the delay until it was too late to change to a different place with a working pool or get a refund. We were given the option of two pools on the bayside which was not optimal with kids and equipment. But as for the unit I would book again because it was a great condo and the host/property managers were great other than the one issue. It would be nice once you book to be sent notifications rather than just check the website. Once booked I don't check the website.

Beautiful property, very secure and gorgeous view! Looks just like the picture. Wish there were some suggestions on places to dine and instructions on how to use the TV. Master bed and bath gorgeous and comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. Great room gorgeous with comfy furniture. Back bedroom and 2nd bathroom kinda dated and mattress uncomfortable. Outside sofa and ottoman had a hole in it.
