Seashell - Menos de 1 minuto de la playa - piscina privada y mascotas!

Seashell es de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños condominio que se ha configurado como una sola familia. Cuenta con pisos de madera, una cama tamaño king en el dormitorio principal, una cama doble en el segundo dormitorio, así como dos camas individuales en el tercer dormitorio. El dormitorio principal en suite tiene una ducha, bañera, tocador de granito con dos lavabos. Cada habitación tiene su propio televisor de pantalla plana.

El salón tiene un concepto de piso abierto con una barra de desayuno. La cocina incluye encimeras de granito que cuenta con una amplia gama de electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. La cocina completamente equipada incluye todos sus artículos para el hogar que te hacen sentir como si estuviera en casa.

Desde la sala de estar tiene acceso al porche delantero y la espalda. Disfrutar de la gran TV de pantalla plana en la sala de estar que ofrece el paquete deportivo y todos los canales locales. Relajarse, ya que la luz natural se iluminará todo el espacio de vida. Si está recibiendo huéspedes, el comedor asiento de mesa para 8 personas.

El porche orientado al sur hacia la avenida del pino. El porche trasero mira hacia el norte con vistas a la piscina privada vallada. Muebles de jardín y una parrilla de carbón completan el oasis piscina privada. Playa de vagones y artículos de playa están también disponibles. We loved this place! Very clean, perfect location quick response from property manager/owner about a clogged sink! Beds could have been a smidge comfier but overall we were so happy here, We would 100% stay here again!

Enjoyed our stay!

Our family enjoyed staying here. It’s a great location, near all the shops and just a very short walk to the beach. We’re early risers, so the little noise we did hear from the donut shop wasn’t a problem at all. Would rent this place again!

Great vacation spot

Great vacation spot! Location was wonderful and walking to the beach was easy and close. The house came with lots of beach gear and a wagon for us to use, which was so nice. The salt water pool was perfect too! We loved our stay and would happily book again.

Lots of steps

The apartment itself was nice. Finding it however, took some time. There’s only one designated parking spot and it’s in front of a restaurant. We had to ask people to move their cars or golf carts from the spot every single time we came back to the house. We found parking for the other cars across the street but we had to wait for people to leave and stand in the spot! Super inconvenient.Also the entrance is down an alley by the restaurants smelly dumpsters!!! Then moving in means you have to drag coolers, suitcases and groceries up 17 steps on the staircase.The house has a great location once you get passed all of that.

Overall would recommend!

The place was great. Close to beach. The only issue we had was water was shut off twice for several hours and there were large puddles in front of gate when it rained.

We were a group of women celebrating a big birthday. The house was perfect, clean, well laid out & well stocked. I’d stay there again & would recommend it to friends.

We had a great time here. The condo was spotless when we arrived. The location is perfect. One block to the beach and our baby loved riding in the beach wagon. This is a great rental for families with little kids. We loved it!

Wondeful Location!!

This was a beautiful place to stay. The pool was a hit and a nice break from the beach. A major perk is the donut and coffee shop below and the restaurant below. Super convenient for breakfast and meals. It can be a bit loud with the coffee shop door opening and closing in the mornings of you sleep in the front bedroom but we did not mind. It didnt wake the kids up...i am just a light sleeper. Great size apartment/condo for 4 adults and 2 kids! Would definitely stay here again!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was very nice. It was clean. It had everything we needed. I read some of the other reviews before and the donut shopdownstairs was nothing to worry about at all. We never heard anything, nor was there a lot of noise in the mornings. The only downside is when you go to leave there are a lot of people there sometimes. The only negative thing I would say is that there is no lock or keypad on the gate so anyone can come in at any time. There were multiple times that we were hanging out around the pool and random people just walked in the gate. I think this is a security issue and probably should be addressed by the owner/rental management team I think if there are maintenance people that need to access the pool or the back of the house they need to knock or at least notify tenants that someone will be coming over.

It’s such a great location and within a short walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. The trolley stop is right on the corner. The rooms and kitchen are a really good size and the outdoor balconies are so nice, not to mention the pool. We’ve already booked for next year.

Absolutely awesome in every way, location, cleanliness, spacious rooms, and cuteness, very beachy! 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, just perfect for a group of girls getting ready for a wedding. The master bath, back deck, and pool were great for photo's. Just 1-1.5 blocks from the beach access, within walking distance(and I am 70!) of shops, restaurants, and immediately over a great donut/coffee shop! Front and back balconies with a lovely pool and lounge chairs. There was even a wagon to cart your beach stuff! Couldn't have imagined my first trip to Anna Maria Island being any better!!

We were able to cook meals in and have everything we needed in the kitchen. The pool area was great and felt worlds away from what was going on out on the street. Two porches and the pool deck gave us lots of outdoor space to be outside yet not altogether. The short walk to the beach was just right. The trolley stop just out front was very convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

Pool is not cleaned enough!

While the rental team will say it’s clean every week, the point is, the pool needs cleaning every 2/3 days, because of the way it was installed and landscaping, the children would not use it until it was cleaned, 5 days no pool

Clean, no car necessary!

The place itself was very clean inside and stocked with bath and beach towels. We were able to walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants easily. Of note, the walkway to the property is lined with dumpsters from nearby restaurants, so there was an odor when sitting outside on the porches. We also saw rats along the fence going to and from dumpsters, but none close to the house or inside! Bring bug spray for early mornings and evenings! The main TV only worked for basic cable. We watched from Netflix in the bedroom. The beach chairs are rusted and non-functional, but we were in the water most of the time anyways.

Nice stay

We did enjoy our stay and absolutely love the location. That being said, the house could really use updates to the doors, furniture, and accents. No salt and pepper or any cooking supplies which is different from prior places we have stayed. Several doors do not did not function well and everything just seemed very worn. We don't expect much but were disappointed by this. The pool was very dirty and was for half of our stay until the pool person came. Not a big deal, we had so much fun but for the price would probably pick a different property next time.

Amazing Location

Pros: two streets from the beach, private pool, nice backyard, spacious condo, clean, decorated nicely, comfortable beds, walking distance to shops and restaurants. The rental company was helpful in answering questions when needed. Cons: parking space is super tight with those wooden posts and you have to use the chain to make sure no one takes the spot that is reserved for Seashell guests. We have a Mercedes SUV, (just for comparison for future guests.) Anything bigger probably wouldn’t fit. The donut shop below is a little noisy early in the am, if you’re a light sleeper it may bother you. The internet was in and out all week and a lot of the cable channels didn’t work. Just basic cable in main living room.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent place to stay on the island. The location is perfect for those that enjoy being in the center of town. Walkable to most everything. For the money, one of the best rental units on Anna Marie. The maintenance man (Kevin) was outstanding! He was very attentive to our needs. The kitchen is fully stocked, nicely decorated and plenty of room for a 3 bedroom. The front balcony looks out over the Donut Experiment. We would have liked to have stayed at Seashell next year for a month, but the rental company already booked the unit. Some rental companies provide first right of refusal to current customers, this one does not. So we booked another unit for 2024.
