Sandy Oasis se encuentra en silencio en el barrio de Sandy Ridge. La casa tiene una gran sala de estar que da a la cubierta del patio y la piscina zona de la espalda. El salón cuenta con cómodos asientos para la familia con una mesa de juego de estilo tradicional bono 3-1 en la que la gente puede jugar billar parachoques. La zona de la cocina es un espacio pintoresco para preparar los almuerzos sobre la marcha o comidas para toda la familia. Junto a la cocina hay un área de desayunador / comedor, gran comedor para cenas formales con sus seres queridos.

Esta casa tiene tres dormitorios. dormitorio principal con una cama King con baño privado y ducha, con la puerta que conduce a la piscina. El dormitorio de la reina también tiene su propio cuarto de baño privado con ducha, inodoro y un espejo grande con gran iluminación. La habitación doble es ideal para niños o adolescentes para compartir.

Hay tres televisores en la casa. Uno en la sala de estar y uno en cada habitación doble.

La zona de comedor al aire libre es un favorito de la familia. Disfrutar de agradables comidas y cenas junto a la piscina, mientras está sentado en la terraza y ver a los niños jugar en la piscina. Disfrutar de un tiempo de relax en la piscina privada o spa - con sillones en la cubierta.

Basic at best

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Basic rental accommodation. Extremely small kitchen area for food prep. Limited home comforts and towel provision was poor. Only two of us staying but had to wash towels daily as very few were provided. Pool area was nice but issues with pool heat and cleanliness initially - the pool heat was fixed but pool skimmer was not turned on so constantly having to clean the surface of the pool was not good. Overall while nothing major was wrong with the property it feels a bit basic, old and a bit in need of some tic

Fine but basic

Property is fine if you want a basic property for the price. Property was clean and functional but no real home comforts - very small driveway, limited kitchen space, basic bathroom and shower facilities and beds are not very comfortable - all a bit firm for our tastes. Be prepared that there are some small maintenance issues with the property - one bathroom window is taped in place and another shower door handle kept coming off - not major issues just be aware its not the highest level of comfort. The lack of kitchen space and also the lack of towels (if more than a couple of people staying you'll be washing towels daily as very few were provided) with no provision of pool towels during the stay make it feel more like a rental property than a home. Communication with the property management company was good and a real plus for the property.

Bare Bones But Nice

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home is very nice for a basic base while hitting the theme parks. There aren't alot of amenities in the home but the price reflects it. Having beach towels to use for the pool would be very helpful and plastic cups for using around the pool.If you're driving a bigger vehicle it could be harder to get around the area. Not any fault of the home owner, but the roads are narrow and there is street parking allowed in the community. It can make parking in the narrow driveway a bit tricky. The home is located near a decent amount of amenities, but you are definitely tucked into the very back of the community. If you're looking for a budget place to stay with a small group of people I would recommend. But if you like space, something with more room to spread out might be a better option.

Trip cut short due to emergency.

We checked in but unfortunately had to leave due to an emergency. We reached out to the host for a refund/partial refund as this was out of Our control unfortunately they could not help us, offer to give us the nights at a different time if we booked by the time we were originally departing but unfortunately not sure when we will be back on vacation. We stayed on night and checked out the following morning. We feel that we could Have at least been offered a partial refund or even the money we paid for the poolHeat that we didn't get to use. While the house is like the listing it is not exactly as accurate. There is a smell in the main bedroom, the couch when you sit on it sinks and isn't very comfortable. Unfortunately we didn't get to use the pool. But it did look like a great spot to Relax and unwind.

Plenty of places to shop and eat in the area and it makes a nice little base of operations. The pool is perfect and the hot tub is a nice place to relax after a day out. The beds are a little dated but comfortable enough. The TV in the living room is pretty small but we didn’t use it much so not really an issue for us. The kitchen was cozy and fit our needs perfectly. The outlets beside the stove were not working and we had to move the coffee pot over by the sink but not a deal breaker, actually a little more convenient. I had to go buy some kitchen towels as none are provided. Overall a fantastic experience and we would definitely rent this location again.

Great place for a Florida Vacation

House was clean and everything worked as expected. It was nice to have 3 full bathrooms. Only suggestion would be to have a few more towels available and extra pillows and bedding. Other than that it was excellent

The property was very clean, and we loved having 3 full bathrooms. Would love to have a vacuum available for daily maintenance of the carpets but we made do with the broom. I love cooking and would have loved a bit more variety of utensils and better pots in the kitchen but what we did have was adequate. The driveway is pretty narrow and could be difficult to enter and exit with a larger/longer vehicle like ours, especially since there are several cars parked along the street. A peephole at the front door would be great since there are no windows around the door to see who’s there, but the neighborhood felt very safe. Overall, we had a great time and the kids didn’t want to leave. We would definitely return.

A simple place to stay during your vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place does its job. You arrive to FL, drive to your Airbnb, swim for a bit in the pool or relax in the hot tub. You’ll then shower, eat, brush your teeth and straight to sleep. The beds aren’t so comfy. There’s no relaxing and watching your favorite Netflix series you’ve been binging on as there’s no smart tv. Want to drink coffee and relax by the pool? Will not be happening as there is no coffee pot to make your coffee unless you go old school and make your coffee on the stove top. Other than these few things the place is a good stay. 3 full baths for those that stay with a nice size family. The area is super quiet and friendly. And the house is nice and cozy outside of the 3 things mentioned above. Publix is 6 mins away in both directions. Gas stations and restaurants as well.

April 2021 Stay

The place is definitely nice and I will recommend the home to others. However, the complaints I do have are as followed: A. There was only 3 wash clothes when it was supposed to be 6. B. Decrotive pillows in the second main bedroom STUCK. THEY HAD DEFINITELY NOT BEEN WASHED. C. The pool people came to clean at 8:30 am abd my check out time is at 11:00. I happened to look out the kitchen window and to my surprise, two men were in the gated pool area and didn't announce themselves. Again, other than the place was PERFECT!

Everything was okay, but could be better

The day of check in (3 hours beforehand) I was told that the washer on the property did not work, but they were getting another one delivered the next day - no big deal, it was the next day. Then the next day came, and the washer wasn’t available and was told that the owner was going to contact Home Depot to pick up and personally deliver— but was then told that Home Depot doesn’t allow people to pick items up and they must be delivered to the properties and the next available day was the 26th (this is after our check out time - I also found it strange that they didn’t allow you to pick up purchased items) We traveled over 18 hours from PA, and packed conservatively because we knew the property we rented had a washer and dryer. We weren’t offered any services, suggestions of where we might be able to wash clothes, or even a partial refund for inconvenience purposes due to needing to go purchase some extra clothing for the week (and the property manager knew this) After reading others recent reviews, I see that the washer not working was not a new occurrence either, so a courtesy call BEFORE we left to let us know that it was a possibility that we would be without a washer would’ve been appropriate as well, not when we were already states away from home. Other things that could be improved to make the stay better: There’s 1 small skillet, 1 medium sized pot and several metal trays to use to cook… but when cooking a meal you would need more than the pots and pans that are available at the rental. Adding more cookware would be great to those that would like to stay in some evenings and cook a meal at the house. A larger tv in the living room, and then putting that tv in one of the suite bedrooms and then a tv in the bedroom with two single beds that I’m sure most children stay in. (We knew there wasn’t a tv in there due to it being on the listing, and we actually brought a small one with us for the kids to have in their room at bedtime) Updating the listing to not include the pool table that is no longer there. The other adults that stayed with us were upset to find that the pool table was no longer there, and you can’t play the other game that is there without the pool sticks (which were gone with the pool table.) There was no broom on property, and the kitchen/living room floor was dirty and caused our feet to turn black. Making a few minor improvements would make this a great place to stay.

Don't use Florida Spirit!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If you are fortunate enough to get a rental property with absolutely no issues, Florida Spirit will be fine to work with for your vacation. But if anything breaks or needs repair, they will not fix it, not treat you well, and only give you a $50 refund for your troubles. Our washer was broken ALL WEEK. And we had two screen panels ripped out in the pool area (one screen was at the bottom of the pool when we arrived). Florida Spirit offered to have our laundry "sent out to be done." We agreed only to find out later that one of their employees took our laundry to their home to do and brought it back to us in a trash bag. They assured us that the screens would be fixed in 72 hours and it was never done. When I called to complain at the end of the week and ask for a larger refund, I was told that I was not being reasonable and that "there are bigger problems in the world than a broken washer." We paid $2000 for this rental property because we wanted all that comes with a vacation home (rather than a hotel). We needed this washer and would've preferred to use the pool without tons of mosquitos/salamanders joining us. The customer service reps told us repeatedly all week that they would call/text with updates on repairs and never did. They are condescending, rude, and untruthful. And to top it all off, a day after we left, I started to see bug bites on my arms. I think that the sofa (where I slept the last two nights) is infested with bed bugs. I'm going to try to get them to refund us more for our numerous troubles, but I don't have much hope. Florida Spirit is terrible. Now I'm off to do a few days worth of laundry to try to kill any bed bugs we brought home with us. What a welcome home.
