Pool Access:
Open 10:00 AM–10:00 PM. Wristbands required. No glass, music, or food off tables.
Quiet Hours:
10:00 PM–8:00 AM throughout the building.
No Smoking or Vaping anywhere on the property.
Arrival Note:
The building is on a steep cobblestone hill. Uber or taxi is recommended for initial arrival to the lobby for checkin.
Once registered, guests will receive an RF wristband that provides direct street access through P2.
Housekeeping:
Midweek cleaning included for stays of 7 nights or more.
Beach gear available for rent.
Booking implies agreement to building rules and consent form. ID required in advance. Fines or eviction may apply for violations.
There are plants on the property, and to keep everything looking great, our friendly gardener visits every Tuesdays for about 20 minutes, anytime between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m., to tend to them.
