Mixed reviews

Pros: The location to Zion, Snow Canyon was perfect. The community had pickle ball and heated pool and close to playground and a grocery store. The house is deceptively large - loved that every bedroom had its own bathroom and that there were 7 king beds. Communication with management was good except on check in day. Kitchen well stocked with plates and such, appliances and nice size pantry. Cons: Not enough seating for the amount of beds. only seating for 18, we had 27 so had to bring in tables and chairs. The projector did not work the entire time we were there, as promised (they did refund some $ for this), that left only 1 tv in a common area for all, one ladder to a bunk bed was held on by a zip tie and a chair had a nail sticking out of it. Asked for 1 hour early check in - waiting with groceries and house was empty and did not get approved and code didn’t work til 25 min after check in. Stove area is very small for large crowd. Provided minimal paper towels, sponges and detergent.

The only problem we had was that the projector in the theater room was not hooked up and maintenance was not able to fix the problem while we were there — so that was a little disappointment. Family Reunion 2023

We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary with our six children and their families. Facilities were great! There was some confusion regarding our check-out date, but we did our best to mobilize and the cleaning crew was patient and accommodating. Advance electronic materials are very clear about check-in date and time, but only check-out time is noted. i suggest reconfirming check-out date to prevent confusion. Overall, we had an excellent experience!

Nice neighborhood near Zion

Home was really nice for a large group. Unfortunately, the theatre room did not work. With outside temps over 110, indoors was used more than anticipated. Little or no response from owners. Repairmen did show up next to last day, acknowledged it didn't work but could not fix it and stated it was an ongoing problem. Only other problem was only one coffee pot for such a large group. (Keurig didnt' work) We did not use the hot tub so cannot comment on that. House itself was very nice. A couple of the bedroom TV's did not work also. Community pool was nice. Nice neighborhood, good location.

We loved being able to all be under the same roof while also having enough individual spaces when needed. The media room gets really hot. The AC unit doesn't work well enough and it's hot in there even with fans blowing air from outside the room. The hot tub wasn't hot (95 was as hot as it would get) We were also super dissatisfied with how poorly the kitchen was stocked. We asked for more utensils and they did bring them, but there were several other things missing like no griddle even though there was a label for it, no full set of measuring spoons/cups, ect. We even found cockroaches in the kitchen on two separate occasions. Overall we do like the house and customer service is usually quick and helpful.

Relaxing

I enjoy the home. It serves its purpose. The house was clean and looks just like the pictures. The bed mattresses were really bad in almost all the king bedrooms. Very close to the next house. Was a lot like being at a basic home. It was about getting together and enjoying ourselves. With that said we did that successfully.

Disappointing

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have stayed at this property two other times. I was disappointed this time. There were hairs all over the comforters. The hot tub didn’t work and was very dirty. Many of the chairs were broken. I did call as soon as we arrived about the hot tub and the repairman didn’t come for two days, so we lost half of our stay without a hot tub. I’m also disappointed in the how the property management dealt with the issues. We had two guests leave things in drawers accidentally. They claimed they scoured the property and it wasn’t found. Yet the next guest found it and luckily reached out on Facebook. I will never rent anything that is managed by the property management company again.

We injoyed the large theater room. And all the space for my grandkids to play in. Was very disappointed about the hot tub not working at all. It seems like it had been out of commission for some time. Some of the chairs in the dinning and living space were broken, or ready to brake. This main area of the home needs to be updated, including the carpets. Area rug in living space is a danger for the elderly and clumsy ones. Only one washer was working properly. Over all if these things were corrected I would definitely return for another visit.

Disappointed

One reason we chose your property was for the hot tub — which was broken. A BIG disappointment. Also we found it to be almost impossible to reach anyone to talk to. No one would return our calls. Would like some refund money.

Family Vacay

This property was perfect for our extended family celebration. Having a suite for each family was ideal. The open concept kitchen, dining, living room, and outdoor space was perfect for our large group. The theatre room was a hit and the kids and adults alike couldn’t get enough of the pool areas. It was also so nice to have Harmons nearby for our last minute items.

The backyard pool was perfect for a little dip; with the neighborhood pools a short walk away. The movie room was a big hit. And so many king sized beds, bathrooms in every room, and a ton of places to sit in the common areas, both to eat snd to chill.

Family Reunion

My husband and I, our married children and 18 grandchildren gathered from California, Arizona and Idaho for a wonderful weekend together. Although July is extremely hot, the house was always a comfortable temperature, never hot. Having a connecting bathroom with every bedroom was so appreciated. This home was perfect for our needs. Wonderful open floor plan for us to be together. Outstanding kitchen with two refrigerators, two ovens and two sets of washers and dryers.

Great for family reunions

We celebrated my parents 50th wedding anniversary, and it was so nice to have a place for all of us to be together under the same roof! Each family had their own bedroom for their “own space” and yet we could all be together in the kitchen/dining area or in the theater watching old family videos! We would definitely stay there again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here for a family reunion and it was wonderful! Everyone had enough room to spread out while being together. The house was loud with all of us talking together and the kids running around! But, we could always escape to our rooms. The AC in the media room wasn't working because there was the wrong remote for the unit. We let the property company know this right away but never had anyone come out to resolve the issue. Someone did come to fix a dishwasher that a previous guest said was leaking, it seems like service requests are a little slow in being handled. But we found fans and pushed as much cool air into the room as possible, which worked fine. We're planning to be back next year, it was so good to be in a big enough space for our whole family. And, the pools were also super fun for the kids.

Amazing house for our family of 21

We loved having so many bedrooms and bathrooms, a large, well- equipped kitchen, the theater room with 21 recliners, the hot tub with gorgeous views of red rock and the awesome community pools. As requested,, I notified the property manager of several small issues but never received any responses back.

It was not equipped to serve 30 people. There were not adequate pots, pans, lids, knives etc. I would suggest that the owner do an inventory of that kitchen and make it so it’s more usable for large groups. The only other complaint we have is there were not enough towels in the bedrooms. One suite only had one washcloth... Another one only had two, stuff like that. It may have just been an oversight, but it really should be fully stocked. That said, we had a wonderful time. The facility was great all the amenities close and available. My family enjoyed it tremendously. We have already booked again for next year.
