7 habitaciones / 6. 5 baños Heavenly Estate a pocas cuadras de Heavenly California Ski Lodge. Esta gran finca de 5600 pies cuadrados cuenta con una enorme sala de juegos con ping pong, mesa de billar y tejo. Televisor de pantalla plana grande encima de la chimenea con cómodos sofás. Bar con sillas de bar, 3 grandes televisores de pantalla plana en el bar. La sala de juegos se conecta al cine con una pantalla HD de 120 pulgadas y 16 asientos personales para el cine.

La sala principal tiene enormes techos abovedados con vistas al bosque y a Heavenly Slope. Sofá seccional frente a la chimenea de pared de roca de gran tamaño, televisor grande encima de la chimenea. Enorme mesa de comedor de Hardware de restauración con sillas cómodas. Los taburetes de la barra rodean una gran isla de cocina con todos los electrodomésticos de primera línea, granito, gabinetes de aliso. Esta sala principal se conecta a un área cubierta al aire libre con barbacoa incorporada, área de descanso alrededor de la chimenea al aire libre. Esta cubierta al aire libre tiene una escalera adicional que te lleva a una enorme terraza en la azotea con modernos muebles de mimbre para exteriores, todo ello frente a una chimenea con vistas de 360 grados, la mitad de la vista mira al lago y la otra mitad mira directamente a la cara de las laderas está tan cerca que puedes ver las góndolas subiendo la montaña.

Las habitaciones están distribuidas en el nivel de entrada principal y el piso superior. Todas las habitaciones cómodamente amuebladas con ropa de cama de primera línea. Todos los baños tienen acabados de alta gama, granito, mármol y azulejos.

House está perfectamente ubicado a una corta distancia a pie del Heavenly California Ski Lodge y a menos de 1 milla de los casinos del centro.

House was amazing and accommodated 8 of us easily. Large kitchen that was very well stocked with pots, pans and utensils. Very clean and the host was super accommodating and very responsive.

Very nice house. Amenities in good shape. Comfortable. Easy enough walk to the ski lifts.Well equipped for large groups.Driveway pretty icy, there will be falls. Don't forget flipflops for the hot tub. Theater room about as hard to use as any other, we managed.

Great home for entertainment and very close to the ski lift. Parking was a little sketch as only able to get 3 cars to park due to not allowed to park in street. Did not use hot tub due to the video camera. Kitchen and outdoor bbq space was great.

Family ski snowboard trip

House is beautiful Not as close to Heavenly valley especially with gear No directions on how to use anything Couldn’t figure out main TV 4 controllers. Talked to property manager who tried to talk me thru it. No luck had IT guy call me and he helped at me because I was working with the box property manager told me to use. He had to pick up a child and fortunately my son in law arrived and figured it out Called property manager because hot tub was only 88 and the top broken. He said turn it up it is in eco mode Master bath toilet continued to run off and on for 10 days Told property manager and nothing done. parking 4 cars Really hard with big cars. Family member arrived at 11pm came parked on street Came in to say hi and unload security was there in 15 minutes and sat until care was unloaded and moved. Extra parking not close

Tahoe Time

The house was wonderful with everything we needed to handle 13 people. The parking was way too small with only 3 cars able to squish into the parking area and garage. We had to park the van down the hill and around the corner. The air conditioning unit failed and had to be repaired after two sweltering days. The hot tub was fun as well as the game room. The 12 seat home theatre was spectacular! However it could use a 4K projector to improve the resolution on the big screen. We had a wonderful time, with grocery stores nearby and all of great attractions of Tahoe within short driving distances. The host was easy to contact and very responsive.

Excellent place in South Lake Tahoe for group

We’re 7 families really enjoyed each and every moment in the property for Memorial Day weekend. Bears were visiting us all 3 days, near the property. Kids enjoyed their company. Pros: 1. All bedrooms are very specious 2. TV and entertainment at all 3 levels 3. Theater room, game area and hot tub are perfect for relaxing 4. Close to heavenly village with all groceries, casinos and restaurants within 2 miles Cons: 1. Strictly 4 car parking, other car needed to park 1 mile apart.

Excellent place for outdoor activities. Beautiful scenery and lots of fun active activities.

Very nice, well equipped. Nice lay out and lots of space for families. Not good for parties due to the noise ordinance. Had to be extra careful with music and noise after 10pm.

Family trip

This house was fabulous for our family of 15 We visit Tahoe every year for this annual family trip and this was our best stay yet. Everyone had plenty of space to spread out. The game room and theater made for a perfect getaway for kids and adults! 10 adults, 5 kids we need space!! My one and only thought was I wish for a house this size designed for families there would have been baby gates available for the stairs. However, Mark was great at responding to anything we needed and I’m sure if we had asked there would have been a solution. I never asked and we made it work. House is in a great location. Clean. Everything worked. House is just as if not better than advertised.

This house is amazing! It had every amenity available that you need. We had 2 families with babies and the floors of separation were perfect! Loved the Theater room. So perfect for evening movies or on-line trivia games. We would definitely come back!

Fourth at the Lake

Great place for multi-generations to enjoy vacation. Near state line, the lake, national forests for hikes, beaches, boating, fishing, kayaking, ....rooftop had a partial view of fireworks over the Lake on the 4th. Lower level kept all ages entertained with various games and theater for movie nights. Kitchen was well equipped and there were 2 refrigerator/freezers in the house.

Very Nice House. Lot of room to spread out and have your own space. Game & Movie Room is epic addition and kept our group entertained when not skiing. Maintenance was highly responsive to snow buildup on the roof. Our only issue was the camera on the hot tub. Our group was not happy that we can be watch while using. I don't disagree with Cameras surveilling the property but the Hot Tub is an invasion of privacy and should be disclosed.

Amazing place, close to state line!

Super clean home, great for a large group. We had a large sprinter van that fit perfectly in the driveway, no problems there. Clean house with amazing game room. Close to state line, so dinners and entertainment were not far away. Will definitely be staying here again.

Awesome!

It was awesome but TVs need some work. We have to pull a few TVs out and hold remote behind tv to turn on valve box. Plus I think from a guest standpoint if you could get to one remote that would be awesome and user friendly. Logitech harmony remotes can do this. We still got them to work and it would not stop me from coming back and I would recommend this place to everyone. Amazing week and amazing place.

Perfect for multiple families

I stayed in the winter with my six member family and my friend’s five member family. This home suited our needs perfectly. Huge kitchen and dining area, multiple sitting areas, and two stories of bedrooms and bathrooms; I took one floor she took the other. The kids had a great time in the spa and game room and we held both child and adult movie nights! Fantastic theater...I really need to get myself one of those!!! :) Clean, extra supplies on hand, large garage can fit two full size vehicles, plenty of extra blankets. I was extremely pleased with the home and our stay. Thank you to the management!

Loved it!

We rented this house for two families with several teenagers. The House was perfect for our group! Our teens loved the game room and theater and there was plenty of room for everyone. This house is even better in person than in pictures and it was a short drive to the Gondola when we went snowboarding. The only downside was the parking...when they say 4 cars, they mean small cars.

Spacious house with great amenities!

This house is great for families. The game room and the theater are really nice. The large kitchen made cooking in easy. The parking is a little tight for large vehicles. Restaurants, casinos and local activities are only a short drive. Highly recommended!

Family Thanksgiving

What a beautiful home to celebrate the Thanksgiving Holiday with our large family. The men and boys were happy in “Man Town” the downstairs game room, the women had the living room and sun room to chat, cook and enjoy a song fest or two and then we all enjoyed a late evening movie in the beautiful theater. Thanksgiving was wonderful! Preparations in the large well stocked kitchen was a joy and the dinner at the large dining table was exactly as it should be!! The few glitches were rapidly addressed by the management and he also kept us well informed regarding the unfortunate parking restrictions! My only regret during the Holiday was the lack of snow!! We’d like to go back when there is some of the white stuff and could enjoy the skiing and snowboarding at nearby Heavenly!! Overall our Family Holiday in this very well stocked beautifully maintained home was near perfect. I hope we have the opportunity to return and I would absolutely recommend the property to families or small businesses groups.
