*Check in/Check out: Please note check in is at 4 PM. Early check ins must be arranged 1-3 days prior to check in. We can only accommodate early check in if the home is vacant and ready, the day of your check in.
*Check out is at 10 AM. Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to check the availability for late check out.
"Unscheduled" late check outs not only affects us but also the next guest. In the event guests stay past check out without prior permission, there will be a $75 late fee for the first hour and anything after the first hour, guests will be charged the rate of 1 night stay based on the current nightly rate.
**Please note we have cameras in the driveway and front door for your safety and ours.
No same day registrations are allowed. Any changes to the registration including cars, guests, etc, must be made at least 1 day prior to check in. No changes can be made the same day as check in or during the stay.
COMMUNITY FEES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE BOOKING PRICE. AFTER WE REGISTER THE GUESTS, WE WILL SEE WHAT THE TOTAL WILL BE AND PAY THAT AS WE CAN'T FINISH THE REGISTRATION WITHOUT THAT. THIS AMOUNT WILL DEPEND ON HOW MANY GUESTS ARE COMING/CARS/DAYS, ETC. THESE ARE MANDATORY, EVEN IF YOU DO NOT USE ANY OF THE COMMUNITY AMENITIES!
THE FEES ARE AS FOLLOWS:
Memorial Day to Labor Day: $8.50 per person per day
If staying 5-7 days, fees is $42.50 per person (for 5-7 days)
Off Season is $2.00 per person per day.
Each vehicle is $20 (for the duration of your stay)
Registration is $20 which is a 1 time fee (this is a none refundable fee)
Kids 5 and under are free
