I would appreciate it if you took a moment to read these house rules at the beginning of your stay and follow them. If anything is unclear, please contact me so I can explain in further detail to avoid any misunderstandings. Please adhere to the check-in and check-out times. Early check-in and/or late check-out can be arranged in advance as a courtesy. I’ve put a lot of effort into making this house into a lovely space. Please treat it with the same respect as you would do your own home. Please don’t rearrange furniture and avoid eating in the bedrooms. Promptly notify host if any damages or breakages occur. Please remove dirty shoes before entering the home, clean up the kitchen after use, and take out the trash daily to ensure cleanliness for your stay. Make sure to turn off the water, lights, and any electronics when you leave the house. Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the door. Our neighborhood is important to us, and most residents live here full-time. Please respect the community and try to avoid making loud noise between 10 pm and 8 am. Smoking/vaping is not allowed inside the home but is acceptable in outdoor areas at least 20 feet away from any entrance. Illegal substances are absolutely prohibited on premises. Pets are welcome at our home, but please don’t let them up onto the furniture, especially sofas and beds. Please be aware that there is no child safety gate for the pool. The host is not responsible for any bodily injuries. Swim at your own risk. Additionally, do not bring glass containers, bottles, or cups near the pool area.
