Our home is tailored for families. It is a short 3-min walk to the beach. The rooftop deck features gulf views, hot tub, outdoor kitchen, fire pit, and tv. Sleeps 11.

Large saltwater pool that can be heated for a fee (details below) with pool slides. Pirate ship playset, adorable bunk room, well equipped game room, king beds for adults!

We provide super fast wifi. The house sleeps 11. It's just a 10 min drive to Pier Park & 7 min to Rosemary Beach & 30A.

The house sits at the rear of a deep lot 100+ feet off the road. It has a single car driveway going back to the house that has no turn around spot, you must back out of the driveway. Do not drive off of the gravel or you will get stuck!

Rooftop Deck: Enjoy breathtaking Gulf views, relax in the 6 person hot tub (HOT TUB WATER IS COMPLETELY DRAINED AND REFILLED BETWEEN EACH GUEST) fire up the grill in our outdoor kitchen that includes a sink, refrigerator, icemaker, and grill with side warmer. Gather around the fire pit for some family time that has seating for 8. Plus, enjoy al fresco dining at our outdoor table for 8 and watch the game on our 75" 4K TV from the hot tub or bar and counter seating in the kitchen area! All grills and firepits are equipped with gas timers located under the grill and within eyesight of the firepit areas.

- Backyard Oasis: Splash around in our large, heated saltwater pool, zoom down the pool slide, and soak up the sun on the sun ledge. At night the fun doesn’t end, turn on the pool lights and 75” 4k tv that faces the pool for movie night. Then dry off and cozy up by the fire pit with sectional seating and enjoy quality time with family and friends. Rear Porch: Enjoy al fresco dining at our dining table with seating for 8 and natural gas grill. Watch the game on our 75" 4K TV on the back porch. Right off the back porch you’ll be able to keep an eye on the kids on our custom-built Pirate Ship Playset, complete with a slide, sandbox, swing set, and safety fall padding under the astro turf.

- Game Room: Get ready for some friendly competition at our air hockey, skee ball, pool table, foosball, and arcade game! Plus, challenge the kids on the Nintendo Switch that includes Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack subscription (which has several games from the 90’s era, advantage parents!). Catch the action on one of our two 75" 4K TVs!

1st floor

Living room- Enjoy our comfortable leather sectional sofa, 75" 4k tv, and modern electric fireplace.

Kitchen- well equipped for cooking gourmet meals. There’s a large island with seating for 4.

Dining room- Gather around for family meals at the dining room table with seating for 8. The kitchen island next to the table has 4 additional stools for seating.

- 1st Floor Bedroom: Unwind in our cozy king-sized bed, complete with a 55" 4K TV, pool view, custom tile shower equipped with a rain shower head that can be controlled separately from the traditional shower head, and double sink vanity. The first-floor bedroom has a small hallway that has a door that can be closed and locked to make this bedroom have a private ensuite bathroom. This is the only bathroom on the first floor.

2nd floor

-Master Bedroom: Retreat to our spacious master suite, featuring a king-sized bed, sitting area, 55" 4K TV, large closet, and on-suite bathroom with double sink vanity and oversized 2-person walk-in shower featuring two shower heads.

- Bedroom 3: Get a great night's sleep in our comfortable king-sized bed, complete with a twin XL bunk, dedicated work space, and 55" 4K TV.

- Bunkroom: The kids will love our nautical-themed bunkroom, featuring four twin XL bunk beds, drawers, and a closet for storage.

****We do require a signed rental agreement which will be sent to you after you book. This document is available to be e-signed and is required to be returned to us within 3 days of booking your reservation. **We require photo ID of the guest who books and signs the rental agreement.
1)You must be 25 years or older to book.
2)Do not park in the yard or in front of a neighbor's home. Stay on the gravel driveway do not drive on the sand.
3)Follow checkout instructions, which I keep to a minimum.
4)The pool, and pool heating, is available based on weather and maintenance conditions. Unforeseen weather or mechanical issues may impact availability of this amenity, and you acknowledge that it is not guaranteed for your stay. If you encounter any problems, let us know and we'll work hard to quickly address them. We maintain a very high up time for the pool, and are generally able to have any problems fixed within 24 hours.
5)Party-Free Zone: Our place is a tranquil spot, so we've got a no-party and no-events policy to keep things chill around here as well as not having to worry about the house being torn down.
6)No Smoking: Just a heads-up, all inside and outside areas are non-smoking. We want to keep the air clean and fresh for everyone.
7)Your Responsibility: If you are traveling together with someone - While we're sure your company is awesome, please know that you're responsible for their behavior during your stay.
8)Registered Guests Only: For everyone's safety and comfort, only guests registered in this Airbnb booking are allowed on the property. No day guest.
9)My team and I work hard to keep the home in good condition. it is very important to me that you have a great stay! I take pride in using 100% cotton hotel quality white linens and that they are fresh for each guest. We will inspect and clean the Linens after your stay. Make-up, juice and blood stains require us to take the Linens out of service. The linens are sold by the set, so I will have to charge you for a full set of replacement Linens should any Linens be stained by your group. Please refrain from drinking beverages in bed.
