This adorable, high end furnished, ground level one bedroom property has a king bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The kitchen is well appointed including a single cup coffee maker and cook ware. The sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping. Linens are provided.
Sunflower 3 is close to island shops and dining. The beach access for this property is boardwalk access just a few steps away.

This property is the ground level unit. The entrance door is ground level, on the rear of the home. A labeled Sunflower 3 parking spot is available to the left of the units. This home offers streaming only for television.

For larger groups, Sunflower 1 and Sunflower 2 are also listed to rent.

Beach gear is offered with this home.

This is a golf cart-friendly neighborhood.

Cute, quiet, little beach house had everything we needed for the perfect weekend getaway. We visited for my daughter’s 10th birthday she loved every second. We’ll definitely be returning soon.

The communication with San Castles was prompt and friendly. The location was great The property was way smaller than the photos reflected. However, it worked alright. I feel like it was somewhat overpriced. The pots and pans had food stuck to them from a previous renter. We were given 1 dish towel for the entire week which wasn’t sufficient. A couple old more bath towels would have been nice too.

Perfect Getaway

We really enjoyed the location of the property. The apartment was just the right size for the two of us. It did have a few issues. There were ants in the kitchen, no cabinets to store food and really needed a dehumidifier. Everything felt damp. We did enjoy our stay .

Really the only things good about this property was being on the beach and my dogs could come. The place was filthy. The bathroom floor was dirty and the mop head was gross and smelled. Chunks out of the kitchen counter. Didn't drink the eater or give it to my dogs because it smelled strongly of bleach. We had to go and buy bottled waterHuge chunks of filthy crap under the bed. Moldy vents throughout. Moldy windowsills and blinds. Bottom of the bedroom door broken. The decor was cute but didn't make up for the rest of it. Also it's NOT a one bedroom houseIt's a tiny apartment in a tiny house with 2 other apartments. Overall, for the 500 a night we could have gone to a nice hotel on the beach in Fort Myers where we live. This was our anniversary getaway and it sucked.

Clean property, perfect for husband, dog and me, just steps out onto the beach! Not an unobstructed view of the beach, due to ground level unit and a small dune obstructing view. Only drawback was that this is a ground level unit, with 2 units above it. You can easily hear people above walking, opening and closing doors, etc

The property was much smaller than I expected. It was on the bottom floor on the back side of the building and it was difficult to find. The eating arrangement was a very small bar, no table. There was dog hair on the living room rug and bedroom floor. The toilet moved when we sat on it.The worst thing was I heard a rat gnawing on the wall this morning, which explains the 3 rat traps that we saw around the building. I am usually very satisfied with the VRBO accommodations we have stayed in, but I would not recommend Dogwood 3.

Clean place. Needs additional and better pictures to clearly show interior and exterior. Needs places to put things. Such as shelves, hooks, cabinets etc. NOT STAND ALONE HOME. The space is 1 of 3 “apartments” set up in a house. We had the downstairs unit. Upstairs noises were very loud even with 2 white noise machines that we brought. Shared laundry with other 2 units in separated room. Barebones set ups as far as kitchen. Very few dishes, cutlery. We didn’t cook anything, so not sure about cooking set up. Bed was very soft and very warm. Maybe memory foam issue?? Management company was very nice and responsive about a few small things upon arrival. Wi-fi was fine. About 1 mile from middle of town. A couple of tv trays or small coffee table would also be a good idea.
