The Space:

Welcome to Nauti Buoys! Located third row in Whalehead, your family will love this newly renovated 8 bed 6.5 bath home, with beach access a convenient 250 yards away. The bedrooms (3 king rooms w/ private ensuite full baths, 1 room w/ 2 queen beds, 1 queen room, and 2 bunk rooms) are all recently updated with modern furnishings and decor to set the coastal ambience for your vacation. There's plenty of privacy and convenience to accommodate your family of 22, and your pets (up to 2 for $150) are welcome to join. The upstairs great room provides a beautiful space to relax that is flooded with natural light. Everyone can eat together in the dining area, as there's enough seating for the whole group. The chef(s) of your family can prep delicious meals in the stocked kitchen.



For entertainment, challenge a partner to a round of foosball, or watch a movie in one of the communal TVs (or in your room, as every bedroom is equipped with a TV!). Take a dip in the sparkling private pool (Open April 1st - November 1st) that can be heated by advance request (Pool heating is available by advance request at $75 per night or $500 per week; if requested, it must be applied for the full duration of your stay and cannot be added for partial dates). End your night relaxing in the hot tub before turning in to rest up for another beach day.

Guest Access:

Detailed check-in instructions and a unique access code will be provided prior to arrival.



**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**



**Up to two pets are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation**



**Pool will open April 1st and close in early November**



Linens and towels are provided at no additional charge.

Corolla is a beautiful Outer Banks town known for its wild horses, pristine beaches, fun local attractions, dining, and views from both the seaside and sound side. This OBX village boasts stunning beaches, wild horses, and local businesses galore. It's the perfect balance of nature and beach town.

The exact property address and home details will be sent to you with the check in instructions so you can easily plan your travels.



Other Things to Note:

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.



The following violations may be subject to additional fines of up to $300: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.



The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.



High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
