Este cuatro dormitorios / 2. 5 baño de casa de vacaciones es grande y cómodo y est�� a pocos pasos de la arena blanca y olas de Good Harbor Beach. La ubicaci�����n ofrece lo mejor de todos los mundos, ya que es tan cerca de la playa m��s popular de Cape Ann y también tiene vistas al agua de las rocas bajo, la costa rocosa dramática, un destino para aquellos que buscan vistas del Atlántico en su punto más intenso. El popular "tierra de nuevo" paseo es uno de los paseos más bonitos de la costa este y comienza la acera frente a Mar Casa y continúa durante 1, 5 millas en una direcci��n (o 3 millas de ida y vuelta de nuevo a la casa) que abraza la rocosa costa con la brisa del mar constante como un bono delicioso!


El frente de la casa tiene un porche de longitud completa desde donde se puede ver el mar en la sombra cómodo y disfrutar de una bebida o comida al aire libre. Desde el porche de entrar en la sala de estar con una pantalla plana y un montón de asientos, y la sala separada (pero contiguo) con un sofá-cama (y TV con reproductor de DVD de la extensa biblioteca de DVD en la casa), que hace que la habitaci�����n doble servir deber como una escapada de niño (o adulto) o espacio adicional para dormir semi-privada. La cocina de granito recientemente renovado es cocina-y totalmente applianced y tiene una despensa con m���s capacidad de almacenamiento y otro lavabo y un medio ba����o.


Arriba hay 4 habitaciones (todas con aire acondicionado) y dos más ba��os completos, el ba��o principal recientemente renovado con una bañera de hidromasaje de gran tama��o, dos lavabos y una ducha con mampara de cristal independiente y el ba����o de la sala, que tiene un tamaño completo ba���era de hidromasaje con una ducha sobre ello. La casa va a dormir c��������modamente 10 con suficiente espacio para su familia y la gente que va a querer visitar en esta maravillosa casa de playa. Dejar el coche en el camino de entrada (y evitar las tarifas de estacionamiento de la playa) y caminar a buen puerto Playa. La casa cuenta con otras dos unidades ocupadas con entrada independiente y estacionamiento.

Perfect location

We really enjoyed our stay. I do agree with the other reviewer that the amount of signs telling you what to do or not do is overwhelming. Some are helpful, so are completely not necessary. There is also people living in the basement and attic, but it was no big deal. We rarely saw them and never heard them, we felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. It would also be nice if there was whole house A/C. Also the one room A/C constantly needed emptied. It was humid during our stay and the ocean breeze didn't really cut it. That being said, I would definitely stay here again. Plenty of room, very comfortable and clean. You can not beat this location! We walked to the beach frequently and it was so nice not to worry about parking. The beach was amazing. Bass Rocks in the front yard was so beautiful. The town was cute and there was plenty to do nearby. This is a great rental.

Frustrating vacation

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Probably the worst vacation home we've ever rented in the east coast. The only saving grace was the stunning beauty of the location. The house was unclean (ants running around everywhere in kitchen, dirty floor, disgustingly dirty carpet, etc.), no dinning room, very small living room ,poorly furnished. The beds however were clean and comfortable. The creepiest point was that it appeared that the owners lived in both the basement and the attic of the rental house! There were many locked doors and closets with overwhelming number of sings mostly telling you what not to do. Definitely not welcoming place. We will go back to the area but never to that house again!

Sunny, spacious and well-equipped

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family from Maryland, NYC and the Boston area united at the Seaside House for a week in August, including two small children. We have stayed at numerous properties near Good Harbor Beach over several decades, and found Seaside House to be a spacious and well-equipped property just a short walk from the beach, with the added benefit of the lovely Bass Rocks views and walks. Terrific weather and a full moon over the water added to our enjoyment. The owners are on the property and offered any assistance we might need, but all went smoothly. We would suggest the addition of room darkening shades in all windows, especially on the front of the house. It's a great house for kids with all the diversions of the beach, a nice porch, and super play and game room. The busy street traffic right in front of the house was the only downside for us, and did not seriously detract from the restful experience.

Perfect family vacation for 8 people

Reviewer Comments: When we arrived the place was very clean and there was an instruction book for us to follow, making it easy to know what to do with garbage and recyclables, the tv remotes, and how to leave the place upon departure. I met the owner who was very courteous and friendly. There are 4 bedrooms upstairs and one of them is very spacious with a king bed, air conditioning unit, tv, and large bathroom and double sink. The other had a queen and the other 2 had twin beds each. The kitchen is long and fairly wide too. We played games at the kitchen table every night. The house is stocked with about 100 dvd movies and has 2 tv's on the main floor. There were 2 folding tables we used on the porch for our dinners, along with the large glass table and 6 chairs that were already there. I couldn't have been more pleased with a stay at the beach than we were in this house. Had my family of 5 plus my parents and my mother-in-law. We had lobster dinners twice out on the spacious porch which overlooks the ocean. We also cook on the grilled 2 times! Loved our stay! Would do it again in a heartbeat if we can get enough people to fill the house. And it was seamless to make the transactions with the realty company too. They are very courteous.

Our wonderful week in Gloucester

This one was the best! The location and the views were incredible. The beach was just a 5 minute walk. The house had every amenity one could ever expect or want. Everything was spotless. The owners were so gracious and welcoming. They even helped me when my antique brain couldn't figure out the TV remote! We plan to be back next year.

Reviewer Comments: Yes, the Seaside may be a little costly, but it was very much worth every penny of it! 5 minute walk to one of the best beaches in New England, clean, quiet, spacey, pretty, convienient, with all the gadgets and tools to feel at home. I recommend it. Only little dark side: the traffic that passes by regularely.

"Heavenly Breeze"

We spent a week here in July for a family reunion. The ocean view was spectacular. The beach was less than a 5 minute walk. The home was well equipped, clean, and homey. Our clan got a bit noise some evenings on the large front porch facing the ocean. The home-owner lives upstairs and say they didn't hear a thing. The owners are very nice. We had a great time at our vacation rental. We happened to arrive on an unreasonably hot day that lasted 2 days. There is only 1 window air conditioner in the master bedroom. They did have lots of fans. After those 2 days the weather and ocean breeze are heavenly. I would reccomend to the owners to supply beach towels.
