Gather your family and friends for the perfect beach vacation! Nestled in the gorgeous Ogunquit neighborhood of Windward, this home is on a quiet street yet only a .3 mile walk to downtown OGT (via Dana Rd to Berwick Rd) and an additional .4 mile walk to the beach. You’ll have privacy AND all the Ogunquit shops, restaurants, and beach at your fingertips.
Inside you’ll find a roomy, and open concept living space. The kitchen is stocked with everything you’ll need to cook for your friends and family. Enjoy your meals in the elegant dining room then relax on the comfortable couches in the living room. The dining room sliders open to a brand new small back deck for cookouts!
Sleeping set-up features a first floor Master bedroom complete with private bath and jacuzzi tub. Upstairs you'll find 3 bedrooms, one with a king bed and a pullout sofa, one with a queen, and another with two twin bed sleeping nooks.
For those who might prefer a little separation from the other guests, the basement offers a daylight-walk out suite complete with 1 bedroom (queen), a living space, a kitchenette and a private 3/4 bathroom. There is also an outdoor shower!
Property does provide Linen, towels, mattress covers, blankets, quilts, and pillows
