As a guest, you'll have access to the Gathering Place, which includes a heated lap pool, zero entry pool, children's pool, playground, community grills and bar with an ice machine, heated spa, fitness trail, and more. Walking paths can be found throughout the neighborhood, inviting you to explore at your leisure.

Age Requirement

Please note our age requirement policy: One (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 be present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 15 and 25.

Beach Access

Lily Lane beach trail (ONLY bikes or walking) is located across from the 'Gathering Place'. This is a safe, wide, compacted trail that leads to San Juan Ave. San Juan Avenue is a dead-end street with a sidewalk that leads south to 30A. South San Juan beach access is directly across 30A, has limited parking.

Bramble Grove Place (Santa Clara) beach access is about 500 feet east and has a large parking lot with bathrooms. Just under a mile or 7-minute bike to public beach access.

Important Things to Know

No pets

Pets are strictly prohibited on the rental property. Any violation of this policy will result in additional cleaning fees and may lead to eviction from the property and the forfeiture of rent, with no exceptions..

No Smoking

Smoking is not permitted. If there is any tobacco smell in the property after your departure, you will be charged a cleaning fee of $500.

**No firearms or fireworks are permitted on the premises.

**Video Surveillance: Many of our properties have 24-hour exterior video surveillance. This specific home indeed has exterior security cameras.

Golf Cart:

A 6-seater golf cart is included with every reservation at no additional cost. The cart is provided by a third-party vendor, Wilder Carts 30A LLC, and requires a separate rental agreement between the guest and Wilder Carts. The golf cart is not owned or managed by the homeowner or Dream Destinations 30A Luxury Rentals LLC.

Wonderful Stay!

Loved NatureWalk and 'Time to Wine Down.' It is close enough to Seaside to cart around but far enough to be out of the crowd. The pool area was awesome. The house was decorated beautifully and had plenty of room for our whole family. Overral great stay!

Great space

We really enjoyed this house! It was a great space for all of us to have our own space, when needed to just do whatever we wanted to do (puzzles, play games, relax on the porch, just rest). Having the golf cart was super convenient to get around the area easily! The accommodations were comfortable. We had everything that we needed in regards to our stay. It was prefect for a family vacation!

Beautiful home bit far from the beach

The home was wonderful. The description matches what was inside. The golf cart was a great tool to use as we found the beach to be further away and routes to the public access didn’t allow for easy parking. We enjoyed the porch swings and backyard patio was relaxing. The kitchen is well stocked. Publix is short ride from the house.

LOVED IT!

The house is amazing. It’s spacious and very clean. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could think of, the neighborhood is quite and peaceful with a Beautiful pool area, our kids enjoyed playing at the park and riding the cruiser bikes around, having the golf cart was a big bonus. We purchased a beach umbrella and a beach umbrella sand anchor that we ended up leaving in the garage for the next guest to enjoy!

The house beautiful! Will definitely book again!

The house was overall amazing! The master bathroom alone was gorgeous, I could live in it! The house was very spacious and clean. The only downfall about our stay was we had an Ant problem. There were ants in the formal living room/ dining room area. They were crawling on and around the fireplace and sofa. I called to let them know and they said they will send pest control out however no one came so we just brought some raid from Publix. One of the bicycles didn’t work but we enjoyed the bike rides and golf cart rides to the pool

Good Stay

The home was beautiful and looked just as it was online. We did have some issues upon arrival with cleanliness. The porches (all three) had not been cleaned and there was sand on the couches inside the home. The management company was quick fo respond and to handle the situation. The home comes with a six person golf cart which is beyond it’s time. We had a tire blow out on the way to the beach. Once again the management company was quick to respond and took care of it. The company that fixed the tires told us that the golf cart would get us through the next couple of days of our stay but really need to be scrapped after that. So, if you plan to use the golf cart just keep that in mind. The area is beautiful and the neighborhood was very nice. We thought that access to the beach was a little too far for our family but we enjoyed our stay. We can’t say enough good things about the management company and are grateful for the quick response when issues arose.

Perfect place for a beach vacation.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! It was perfect for six adults and 3 kids. The house was clean and had an open concept. It comes with *most* things you would need to enjoy a week at the beach. The things it is missing are not a big deal, but would of been nice to have had upon arrival considering the price point and the many extra hospitality fees. (Not included: coffee pot filters, more than one dishwasher soap pod, more than one laundry soap pod, extra bath towels, extra blankets, non-rusted/broken beach chairs, and extra blankets.) We were very surprised at the very limited number of bath towels and blankets, and that there was not a single beach towel available for use. The beach chairs are a hazard and need replaced due to the amount of rust; you will need to bring your own or rent.. We are glad we rented a place with a golf cart and used it a lot to go into town, the beach, and Publix. The house is so close to a grocery store, ice cream shop, pizza, and breakfast restaurant; it is fun to take the golf cart to these places as well as the beautiful and heated community pool and hot tub. (We were swimming even when it was 45 degrees outside!) We loved the location of this property and enjoyed the beautiful view of the pond out back. Overall, it was a wonderful stay. We loved being in a neighborhood but also so close to the beach and town of Seaside.

Disappointed in this Rental and Poor Management Company

We had high hopes for this summers vacation in this rental. Upon arrival the Beachwalk Vacations Property Company Inspector was just leaving (arrived at 4:30pm, after our check in time) and assured us all was well. Upon entering the rental it was immediately apparent that the property was not cleaned! Dirty countertops, food on oven mitts and utensils still, debris and dirt on sofa cushions, dirty comforters with mold on them, spilled drink stains on outside furniture, an air filter that looked as though it has not been changed ALL YEAR LONG, there was layers of dust and debris outside the AC unit doors, mold in showers, beds not made, dirty golf cart, weeds growing through the back patio porch and fence and I could go on….Just so disappointing to walk into this. After calling after hours service and insisting they come back and clean immediately they finally showed up 2 hours later. Apparently the new cleaners that came also noticed that the guest shower was not draining. Zero communication to us about this until we noticed and had to call the after hours number again, to which we were told that someone from operations will come by to fix it. This happened two days later and again zero communication that it was fixed. We discovered this after continuing to check and follow up with the management company. Lastly, the golf cart ground prong was broken causing the golf cart to not charge properly. After requesting this be fixed we were told that someone from operations would come by and bring a new cord. NEVER happened. Happy to share photos of all of this as I took many of the filth we discovered upon arrival. We have come to this area for years and stayed at many wonderful places. We had another family with us this time so needed a larger house. This is a great community and great location. Just not a well cared for house and a dealing with a rental company that could care less about the guest experience. NOT worth the $6000 per week summer price or the headache of dealing with this Terrible management company.
