Relaxation with a scenic view

It was the perfect getaway. It was beautifully decorated. It had the most cutest kitchen, Crystal knobs, it reminded me of a small, comfortable cabin, surrounded by the beach. I loved the fact that we were able to bring our fur babies with us. We all enjoyed the beautiful beach,sun, and sea life that surrounded us.

Peaceful - Magical

If you love the ocean, this is the place for you. When the tide rushes out, the beach expands 20 fold. You can enjoy sandbar walks or lounge in the tide pools. The house is comfortable, charming, whimsical and in a perfect location. This was our fourth stay at this wonderful rental.

A Beautiful Honeymoon

My and my Wife stayed here for our honeymoon for a week. It was perfect in every way possible. If you want a little piece of paradise without having to fly out of country, this is the place. We will be coming back.

Beautiful spot

Beautiful spot with right where Matanzas Inlet meets Atlantic. Fantastic view of both from the penthouse, and the interior is eclectic and comfortable. We decided to leave three days early with hurricane Nicole bearing down on area…which was a disappointment. However, we would not hesitate again to renting this wonderful beach house.

Great location, beautiful views

Our stay was everything we were hoping for and more. We live locally but wanted to be on the beach for our anniversary week (stay vacation). Beautiful views, clean, pet friendly, comfortable and relaxing. Hope to stay again next year.

Beautiful spot!

Great spot for a private beach vacation. You could not get any closer to a private beach than this spot. Really appreciated being able to bring our dogs. We will be back!

Beautiful, pet friendly location

The penthouse location and view were exactly as described in the listing. Incredible views from the living area and east facing balcony was perfect to sit and watch the waves in the evenings without melting from the heat. We travel with our two Labradors and the pet friendly room and beach were a great find. The semi-private beach was great and everyone there was very respectful of each other while exercising their pets. Only hiccup we had was we couldn't not seem to get the lock box open to get our key at check-in. Luckily the downstairs tenants were able to contact the host to let him know and he was able to help identify that we were given the wrong code and provided the correct code for our key. The room had everything we needed to cook dinners in and plenty of space.

Breathtaking!

From the moment you arrive and walk in to the penthouse it’s stunning. Absolutely beautiful view from every spot in the house. We loved it and were very depressed to leave such beauty and come back to St. Louis which noes not look like we were. My only complaint was we didn’t have enough dishes or stuff to do seafood so I had to buy everything for my crab legs. We ate there a lot though because we had our dog and enjoyed cooking and eating on the deck watching the beautiful view. You won’t be disappointed if you rent this spot. It was absolutely perfect and we will be back someday.

Fabulous Trip

This place will entice your senses. The color of the water and the sand, the fresh smell of the breeze, and the sound of the surf are mesmerizing. The personality of the house and the personality of the ocean at this very spot combine to make this a truly remarkable and enchanting place. We loved it.

Penthouse

This large one room penthouse is situated on top of the beach and Mantazas inlet. I have never been this close to the water.! Perfect location. The owner was very responsive to our needs. It felt like our bed was riding the waves! I highly recommend.

New favorite place

Property was stunning, very romantic. Very eclectic accommodations, everywhere you looked there was something new to discover. The location was perfect, far enough away from the bustle of St Augustine to be private, but close enough to go anywhere within a short drive. View is amazing, constant lull of the waves, sunrise and moonrise from the decks and even the sunset on the front deck. Couldn't ask for more.

Million dollar view

Wonderful location and beautiful home. Any issues we had were handled quickly. Our dog loved being able to go on walks on the very dog friendly beach!

Million Dollar Views

You can’t imagine how submersed you will be in the beach experience here. The pictures are beautiful but they barely capture the experience. Wonderful host and amenities and the location is perfect. Highly recommend.

Just what I needed

The house is fun and quirky. Always something fun to look at. Well appointed. Location is, of course, the real highlight! This beach is fabulous. Very few people on it on any given day. It was pretty quiet as well. The only (and this is picky!) improvement I could see was a better listing of what amenities were available with the home. Such as the washer/dryer. Bring your own beach chairs etc but the owners were very responsive to all of my questions. I will book again.
