A 10-minute car ride or easy 25-minute easy bike ride to the zoo, shopping, gaming, boating, spas, restaurants, golf, stables, and the vibrant art district.

The main floor den also offers additional sleeping arrangements with a queen memory foam sofa sleeper and its own ensuite full marble bath that is ADA-friendly.
