We have been waiting years to be in this complex! It’s the secret gem in Kona. We put our vision and dreams into a complete remodel September 2024.
The kitchen with all new cabinets, appliances and island give it a homey feel. All new dishes, glassware, cutlery. Every utensil is available including air fryer, Crock pot, rice cooker, blender, coffee maker, a grinder, milk frother and toaster. The bedroom with a wall of windows has a king bed, new linens and pillows. It is open to the living room or can be closed off with sliding doors.
All new living room furniture and 65” smart TV. The lanai adds 200 sqft of living space with a comfy day bed and 2 chairs. The sunsets are magnificent.
The bathroom is off the hook!
With the entire back width of the condo all windows, you feel like you are showering outside. The stand alone tub was a must for Kari. The Toto washlet toilet is an extra luxury to truly feel pampered.
There’s a full size stacked washer and dryer.
We have beach chairs umbrella and cooler for your use.
Parking is conveniently located right in front with 4 steps up to front door. The back yard space is very private with no one directly behind.
There are 2 pools in a very resort-like lush landscape.
Gas bbqs are located the complex grounds.
Kona country club with an 18 hole golf course is right behind the complex. Keauhou Bay and Marina are a very short walk away. There you will find fishing, snorkeling tours as well as the popular night manta ray snorkel. If you’d like stand up paddleboard or Outrigger Canoe you will also find that in Keauhou Bay. A short walk to Keauhou shopping Center has KTA grocery store, Longs drugs store many wonderful restaurants, bars, urgent care center and a seven theater movie complex. A farmers market every Saturday!

We are Kari and Greg Hall. We love everything Big Island! In fact, this is our fourth property in Kona.
We live in Cave Creek Az with our 2 beloved dogs, Harley and Luka.
We have 5 grandchildren between 2 daughters that live in Az and are so much fun! They are ages 6 and under and we love being nearby.
When not in Az, we travel quite alot but Kona is our second home.
We have remodeled four condos now and enjoy making beautiful places for us and YOU to enjoy.

We have been wanting to buy in this complex for the past four years. We love the intimacy and privacy. The fact that it’s a single story, shares just one wall with the next unit, has parking right in front were all huge pluses for us. I especially love the vaulted open beam ceiling. The location is very central making it a great home base while exploring BI. It’s quiet, serene and peaceful. Short stroll to Keauhou Bay/Marina and in the opposite direction, Keauhou shopping center.

The remodel is exquisite. From new furnishings, brand new kitchen, dishes, pots and pans and small appliances it’s ideal for convenience of cooking in. We have a brand new full size washer and dryer. The bathroom is my favorite! Stand alone tub and shower that feels like it’s outdoors. In the bedroom, there’s a king size bed. The living room with new sofa, chairs and 65” smart TV. Outside, an expansive lanai/deck with a daybed and 2 chairs. The sunsets are spectacular.
