National Geographic ha incluido a Sunset Beach como el número 4 en 'Las mejores playas del mundo'.

Observe el amanecer y el atardecer desde la terraza inferior o desde el balcón de la habitación con vista al océano. House se encuentra directamente en la playa mirando las dunas de arena con avena marina que se balancea suavemente. Tres de las cuatro habitaciones tienen vista al agua. El dormitorio principal tiene vista al mar, con terraza privada, amplio dormitorio y cama King size. El frente de la casa da a la vía fluvial intercostera de Tubbs Inlet. Hay dos habitaciones que dan a la entrada de Tubbs y cada una tiene una cama queen size, una en el nivel superior y otra en el nivel inferior. El cuarto del segundo piso también tiene una cama queen. Cada habitación tiene su propio baño privado.
La casa está bien equipada para cocinar y para grandes reuniones familiares. La cocina está abierta a una gran sala familiar frente al océano, con una gran televisión de pantalla plana, televisión por cable y wifi gratuito.

Remember to be a good neighbor. After 10pm please do not be a noisy neighbor. Beach Sand- Please use the outdoor shower to rinse off the sand, filling the indoor shower/tub with beach sand will lead to stopped up showers that will not drain. Before checking out: 1) Take out all Trash and put trash can at curb. 2) Put all dirty dishes in dishwasher and turn on. 3) Wash all towels and put in dryer before leaving 4) Leave beds unmade. 5) Bring in cushions from deck furniture 6) Remove all food from refrigerator/freezer 7) Empty Coffee grinds and coffee before departure

Always a great stay

We’ve stayed here for 3 years now and intend to keep coming as long as our family fits. So many things for a beach trip are provided and the location is amazing at the end of the island.

What a beautiful home! Close to beach. Furnishings were fantastic, especially the beds. Great communication with the owner. Well stocked home. We enjoyed our stay and if we come back would stay here again, fit us perfectly.

Great house on a perfect island

I’ve been coming to sunset beach for over 30 years and this is one of my favorite houses. The location is at the very end of the beach (my favorite because the beach is empty) and right next to an easy beach access and one that seems to have been created through the dunes and super easy to access. The house is SO clean, I couldn’t believe it. Beach houses are hard to keep extremely clean because of a variety of obvious reasons, but none of them were obvious here! There was an abundance of beach and bath towels, as well as plenty of paper products, a super clean and supplied grill, and great beach wagons. The kitchen is updated and easy to cook in, we even used the super easy air fryer. The bathrooms are all updated and the water pressure is incredible- even in the outside shower! There is plenty of seating, inside and out and the property made this vacation one of the best.

Amenities galore

This is a beautiful house, nicely decorated, and comes with so many things we normally have to bring ourselves (ice maker, beach chairs and wagon, grill, paper plates, solo cups, and so much more). The owner was very responsive to questions as well. If possible we will surely be staying here in the future.

Great Fall Stay

This was our second time at this property. The house was perfect, just as last time. It was very clean and had all the things we needed for a wonderful break. The owner was very quick to respond and always helpful. It's our favorite place on Sunset to stay. We enjoyed sitting out back listening and watching the ocean.

2nd stay at Victory at Sunset Beach house

Victory at Sunset is the best furnished, best stocked location we've ever used. Location is beautiful, relaxing and comfortable. Our favorite is morning coffee on the comfy deck enjoying views and sounds of the beach. VRBO is easy to work with--no surprises, no problems. Owner is super responsive! We'll most likely stay again next year!

Best Beach Vacation Trip

This was the best beach rental we have had in our many years of visiting the Carolina Coast. There were 4 bedrooms with one on the main floor which made it perfect for our older parent. The house had all the amenities anyone would need. There were plenty of towels, beach towels, beach chairs, and beach toys to make our stay comfortable. You truly don't need to bring anything but your suitcase! We were so impressed by the cleanliness of the house. It was a short walk to the beach and because of the location it really didn't feel crowded at all. We will definitely rent there again.

Our family had a wonderful experience staying at Owanna’s “Victory at Sunset “ beach house. Everything we needed for a perfect vacation at the beach was included. The kitchen was well stocked, towels and linens were abundant and even the large wheeled beach wagon was extremely helpful. My wife and I would highly recommend this beach house to anyone considering a vacation at Sunset Beach.

The perfect extended getaway

This beach house is absolutely amazing. We (my wife and me, our 2.5-year-old son and my brother) enjoyed a month-long stay at this wonderful property. Sunset Beach certainly lives up to its name. The sunsets from the beach, which is literally a 2-minute walk away, and from the back decks are sensational. We spent most mornings on the back deck watching the ocean while drinking coffee, and most evenings there watching the sunset. For the remote workers out there, this place was great. Reliable Wifi, good space to work at the dining table and kitchen bar area. The house was incredibly well stocked with everything you need, especially for the kitchen. We were so sad to have to leave this property, as it quickly felt like home. Our toddler was in heaven the entire time. Owanna is an incredible host and was very responsive to any questions we had. I'd highly recommend staying here. I am missing the ocean views and warm weather already!

Great family vacation spot

We had a great stay. Dealing with the property manager was very easy and she was very prompt in her responses. The house was very well equipped with everything you should need. Just add groceries and your home!!! The walk to the beach was less than 2 minutes and the views from the deck were worth the drive. We will definitely look into booking next year.

Lovely home perfect location with easy access to beach. Nice views of marsh and ocean. House located at end of island and 5 minute walk to a birder’s paradise - terns, willets, brown pelicans, sanderlings, gulls…everywhere. We’re going back!

Sunset Beach at it's awesome best

Well furnished, very comfortable, well stocked and the covered deck had nice upholstered furniture---had coffee looking at the surf most every morning! it just doesn't get any better for a week at the beach. We're already making plans for another family beach week in 2022!

Beautiful House on Sunset Beach

Beautiful property just as pictured with every comfort and convenience needed for a perfect beach vacation. Just steps from the beach and on the far end of the island, so the beach is not nearly as crowded as it is closer to the pier. The house is immaculate and simultaneously beautiful and comfortable. We couldn't have asked for more and will definitely return!

Great Location and Amenities

We had to find a property on short-notice and Owanna could not have been more helpful. The property was perfectly located for our group and the home was very clean and well-cared for. We would definitely recommend staying here.

First Class All the Way!

We treated our family to a beach vacation and they all LOVED the accommodations. Every room was beautifully appointed with high quality furniture, beds, bedding and towels. The location, amenities and fully stocked kitchen were beyond compare. The property owner responded quickly to our questions. A Wonderful Week

We enjoyed a wonderful week here! The view from the very comfortable deck chairs was so peaceful and perfect. We felt like we had the beach to ourselves, due to the location of the house at the end of the island. There were many great amenities, our favorite being the wagon to haul the beach gear. The owner was always very responsive. We hope to come back next summer!

I bought this house when my children were young and we spent summers in the surf, and enjoying the beach. Now they are grown and I split my time between Charlotte NC, and Destin Florida. I don't get to go and enjoy the house as much as I once did and decided to open it up to other families, so they can have that same summer paradise my kids did growing up.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Sunset Beach is the last barrier island in NC before you enter SC. Time has stood still, and it is not commercialized. It is a family beach, with a huge beach and tide pools to hunt for shells. I found this beach one summer in 1995 and fell in love with the atmosphere, I rented for several years and then found a house that I could not live without.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The house has water on the front and back. The back of the house is ocean front and has a upstairs and downstairs with a deck over looking the ocean off the family room downstairs and a deck over looking the ocean off the master suite upstairs. You can watch the shrimp boats leave for a day of fishing in the morning as the sun comes up, and watch the sun sink over the ocean at the end of the day.
