Pet Friendly, Large Fenced Backyard, Short walk to the Beach and Pier Village!

Located on the Southend of Saint Simons Island, our home offers a comfortable stay for both short-term and long-term guests! With all the comforts of home - including a well-equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, Wi-Fi and smart TVs. You and your guests will have king, queen and 2 twin beds to choose from as you get settled in.

Grab one of our beach chairs and towels and take a quick walk to the beach or relax in the large backyard with Family or Friends under the covered patio. Visit nearby Pier Village for wonderful eats & treats, shopping, and gathering on the pier. Don't miss the Saint Simons lighthouse, playground and picnic areas!

The pet fee is $250 per stay. Please message us if you need to include an additional dog.....we know some of y'all are fortunate to have more than one!

This was our 9th visit to Saint Simons Island, and we had a great stay at Wendy’s property. The location was good- an easy walk to the village and beach. The yard was great for the dogs and the house itself was very comfortable. Wendy was very responsive to resolve the two small issues we had. Would definitely stay at her house again!

Spring Break Vacation

Our stay was absolutely perfect. Wendy was an outstanding host, responsive, friendly and kind. The place had everything we needed and was close to the beach, shops and restaurants. We could walk anywhere we wanted to go.

Wendy was a wonderful host, the house was beautiful, well-appointed, and generously supplied. We had a problem with the door code when we arrived -- the problem was us, not the code -- and Wendy arrived w/in ten minutes and was most gracious about it.

Great location and comfortable stay

Wendy was a great host and easy to communicate with. She even offered to mail us literature about the area. The home is very spacious and just as described. The backyard was great for our dog. You could walk everywhere!

This was our 7th year staying on SSI. Wendy's place was one of our favorites! The location is great, it was clean, and had plenty of room for us and three teens. We cook a lot and this is the first place we've stayed at that actually had pots and pans in great condition! The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were very comfy, as well as the bedding. Wendy was such a great host. We'd definitely stay here again!

So this, of course, is where I've made my forever home and can't wait for you to enjoy it, too.

The location is perfect - especially if you love to bike and/or walk. Our quiet neighborhood streets lead to the Beach and the "hustle & bustle" of downtown Pier Village. You could easily park your car and enjoy a week unwinding and exploring the Southend of Saint Simons Island or explore our "Things to Do" page for helpful hints when planning your trip.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Both the location and coziness of our home make it unique. You can genuinely relax here and blend in like a townie. If you have to put in a few hours (....okay, minutes...) working remotely, we are equipped with reliable hi-speed internet so you can check in when you like. The large, private fenced backyard is perfect for a quiet cup of coffee in the morning, playing ball, stargazing at night and watching for the historic Saint Simons Lighthouse beam to shine over the top of the trees as it leads the ships into the Brunswick port.
