Pet Friendly Cottage! One short block to beach! Walk to shops and dining!

This pet friendly stand-alone cottage is the perfect place for a beach getaway! With the beach a block away and the village less than a mile, the fun is never ending! Hawk’s nest has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, patio with dining area, smart TVs in all rooms with complementary Hulu and Disney+, free on-site parking, communal grill area, and a shared outdoor shower area (located at adjacent blue house). We pride ourselves on Five Star quality, ensuring you will have an amazing stay!

The main entrance is on the second floor, which features a king bedroom, a queen bedroom, and a living room equipped with a queen sleeper sofa. This floor also boasts a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a complete bathroom, and a laundry section. The lower level houses the bunk room, offering a full-sized convertible bed and two chairs that transform into twin beds, alongside another full bathroom. Inquire about our golf cart rental availability!

*The cottage is equipped with a ring doorbell camera system at the front door. All doorbell rings will be sent to your hosts' phone and will not ring inside.

**Pets are allowed with a maximum of 2. First pet $125, second pet additional $75.

***Any stay over 10 days will require an additional cleaning and cleaning fee.

Great time in St Simons

This was our first time staying in Saint Simons but it will definitely not be our last. This was a quick impromptu extended weekend for me, my wife, my son, and our two small dogs. We were a little over a block from the beach and just a quick golf cart ride from town. Location was perfect. The place was exactly as described in nicely decorated. I wish there was a little bit more counter space in the kitchen for cooking but when you’re on vacation, how much cooking do you really do? Everything from check-in, to conversations with last-minute questions to renting a golf cart were made so simple that I would definitely encourage anyone with a small family or even a couple alone to stay in this bungalow. When I return, I will definitely contact them again. Thank you Lori for helping make this well needed long weekend stress-free and relaxing that was just what the doctor ordered.!

Wonderful week! Location was great! House was as described-small but space utilized well! Furniture is mid level! Kitchen tiny so meal prep is difficult but I did not want to cook anyway!!

Was in town a few days checking on our remodel. Place was perfect, exactly as described, having a washer and dryer is key. Great location right across the street from the beach, minutes to downtown St Simons. Perfecto!

Very nice experience

The cottage is very cute--thoughtfully furnished with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. We found it immaculately clean. Plenty of space for parking, and an easy walk to the village or beach. Was great to have a full size washer and dryer too. Would probably work well for a small family, as there is a downstairs area with a separate living room (I think some of the furniture may be futons, but we didn't use it so not sure) and full bath. We would definitely return when on St. Simons Island again.

Great Beach Bungalow

Really cute house with two Bedrooms upstairs and on room downstairs, bathroom on each level. The downstairs is perfect for several children 3- or 4 max. Set up with a TV and their own bathroom.

Exceeded Expectations

It was a perfect space for a family of six. Our boys had their space, girls had their space, and my husband and I had our own room. Two bathrooms and two levels. It’s fully equipped and it was nice to be able to spread out and not worry about downstairs neighbors. Lori was extremely helpful and incredibly fast at replying to me. We highly recommend this stay!

Almost as Cozy as home!!!

Property met or exceeded our expectations. The girls loved the welcome Oreos, while all the amenities made my wife and I pretty comfortable. A quick walk to the beach, q block away and the outdoor shower next door made clean up very easy! We will be back!!!

Perfect for family

Great little house. Perfect for family. Our teenage son loved the basement loft. Short walk to the beach and town was great. The beach nearby was very private and relaxing. Definitely would stay again. Loved the fresh decor in the house and the roku tvs with fast internet available. The USB plugs around the house near the couches and beds were a nice touch.
